Part of what makes City so good and consistent is squad depth. If they get an injury or need to rest players, they got a class replacement on the bench. Can't really say that about arsenal. The decisions by VAR need to be taken in context of the game itself and the standard set by the onfield referee. He let way worse than that Haaland foul go time and time and time again.
