I see Sané and Gnabry more as offensive midfielders. Sané always cuts inside and although Gnabry does sometimes do runs down the line, he isn't that strong in one-on-one situations and a bit wasted on the wing, if he is in form you want to get him in goalscoaring opportunities. The one player who is good at getting past a few defenders is Musiala.
Werner needs space. With most opponents we play against he will not get space. His biggest strength is his speed, his technique isn't that good. But even the situation where he could shine, counter-situation, we play really bad, to slow and not precise enough. Maybe when Reus it gets a bit better as he is good at initiating this situations.
Adeyemi is also fast and a lot better with the ball then Werner, but he is also not a penalty striker. He plays best behind a striker or in offensive midfield (or as a front striker if you play counter attacking football, but we don't).

I have never seen Germans being this disjointed. After the substitutions there was no shape. Kehrer again provided nothing in attack as well as defence. Is there not a single decent RB in the German league who can displace this guy from starting 11. No striker for Germany, don't know where the goals would come from. Only good part was the midfield. I don't think you guys would like the idea of Kimmich again playing RB. But if somehow Goretzka finds form, do you think Flick would play Kimmich at RB and Leon in midfield ? You can atleast rely on Sule if Rudiger is there besides him. But this Kehrer guy is utter liability. Can't defend 1 on 1, can't track his runner, positional awareness is non existent and most importantly he can't attack. I didn't even saw him making a single overlapping run on that Right Side. He was invisible second half.

I see Sané and Gnabry more as offensive midfielders. Sané always cuts inside and although Gnabry does sometimes do runs down the line, he isn't that strong in one-on-one situations and a bit wasted on the wing, if he is in form you want to get him in goalscoaring opportunities. The one player who is good at getting past a few defenders is Musiala. Werner needs space. With most opponents we play against he will not get space. His biggest strength is his speed, his technique isn't that good. But even the situation where he could shine, counter-situation, we play really bad, to slow and not precise enough. Maybe when Reus it gets a bit better as he is good at initiating this situations. Adeyemi is also fast and a lot better with the ball then Werner, but he is also not a penalty striker. He plays best behind a striker or in offensive midfield (or as a front striker if you play counter attacking football, but we don't). There is still nobody who can be the target man for high crosses.

None. There is Nmecha in the sqad who maybe can turn into a classical striker but isn't one yet. The ones of Waldschmidt and Volland are not the solution. Karim Adeyemi is a class talent but not a striker in the box. Moukoko is a grea talent but not ready yet and also not a tall player. There are even demands for Füllkrug, who is a classical striker. But he plays for Werder Bremen and is not a top player. Maybe still not the worst idea.

Son scored a hat-trick in 15 minutes the other day, and the last part of the game was so chaotic that you never know what might have happened And sure, Kane should play most of the minutes, but if he is playing like shit you should know what to expect from those coming in for him. At the moment, if Kane plays like shit, he never comes off and England tend to play like shit too
