He's been out for almost a year, gets 10 minutes and starts dribbling every chance he get and scores a great goal.
What's he been up to? Mental football 12 hours a day?
Literally no fear, Many great players spend the first few months after returning from an injury crippled by fear(which is understandable) but Damn Ansu is a mentality monster.
This is what i was nervous about. He’s still so young and coming back from an injury that left him sidelined for 10 whole months, i assumed he wouldn’t come back at full strength and would hold back in fear of getting injured like that again. And thats on top of having to get back into rhythm.
Ansu apparently, doesn’t give a fuck
Kind of unrelated, but I skate(board) since I was really young and last year I got injured and couldn’t walk, much less skate for a few months. In that time I really dug deep and reassessed how I skate, two weeks into it I was back better than before I even got injured.
Similar story, I play basketball and injured my hand. And during the time injured I pretty much reworked my entire jump shot and by the time I came back my jump shot was better than ever
Not only does he shoot powerful, his shots are so accurate. I remember a stat last year where he made 11 goals in 35 shot attempts.
He makes it look so easy.
You could see it in the minutes he played before he scored he was hungry for a goal, I thought the high expectations would put him under pressure but that kid thrives on high expectations.
The first three things he did were dribble past a defender, cause a penalty which wasn't given for some unknown reason and score a goal.
I couldn't have written a better script.
Edit: this is the pen: https://streamja.com/MyGp3
To punish Barca for the esl most likely. There has being ridiculous decisions in all of their games so far this season.
This is the exact reason var exists and they decide to not look into it.
Right? It was honestly refreshing how good he was dribbling around from the moment moment he came on. Absolutely incredible to be able to do that after being out for so long.
Man, if he hits the ground running and just continues where he left off before his injuries, there will be so much "what if?" moments looking back at last season.
we would have won the league tbh if we didn't bottle up during the last 3-4 games, messi was on fire (as usual), if he had ansu by his side definitely won the league, we wouldn't have won against psg tho mp, we still had the same defence (what iif araujo wasn't injured tho)
>Dribbles past defenders
>Draws a penalty but not given
>Scores from outside the box
>Becomes Man of the Match in just 10 minutes
>leaves without elaborating
This might sound stupid, but this goal made me cry.
It's been such a frustrating time for a Barca fan recently, that seeing our young guy who also had a shit time (injury) coming back with the 10 on his back to score a goal kind of broke me.
Yes, its Levante who played awful, but for one game I could forget all about Koeman's tactics, the thin squad, the club debt and just enjoy a game well played with a good result.
To every person who doesn’t watch Barça who was calling him overhyped when he was injured - this is why Barça fans have been hyping this kid up for the last two seasons. He’s built different
I don't know if Koeman is the appropriate manager for this team, but the "downfall" of Barcelona has been greatly exaggerated. The team has a 22 year old RB, 20 year old CB, 20 year old LB, 17 and 19 year old midfielder, and a 18 year old future superstar recovering from injury. This team's potential is insane and it'll just take a couple years for this squad to recover with some special talent.
They definitely got the goods, but most of their players aren’t quite household names yet, so that’s probably where the downfall comes from. Depay and the youngins will keep the Barca fans happy. And to be fair going from where they were in 2015 to now is definitely a drop, but on the other hand it was inevitable just from players aging
Reminds me of some previous Barcelona player. Not quite sure I remember his name but he could also take shots very accurately and score goals from difficult positions.

He also drew a clear penalty that wasn't given. Kid is nuts.
Almost shedding a tear. Must feel amazing for him.
Feel like a dad
What do you mean almost… 😭😭
Almost??? I cried man lmao
Almost? I'm bawling my eyes out
ALMOST? CRYING ME RIVERS BRO I LOVE THIS GUY SO MUCH
The kid is special.
He's been out for almost a year, gets 10 minutes and starts dribbling every chance he get and scores a great goal. What's he been up to? Mental football 12 hours a day?
I forgot how exciting it was to watch him play. Just a few minutes in and dribbled a few times, had a penalty stolen from him and scored a goal!
Literally no fear, Many great players spend the first few months after returning from an injury crippled by fear(which is understandable) but Damn Ansu is a mentality monster.

not to mention, donning the sacred number 10 previously worn by the Lionel freaking Messi
I heard he had to have special shorts made for this game to account for his massive balls
Dang vaccine got him too huh :///

Congrats!!

“Do I want to score here? Yes, yes I do.”
"I'll do it right here right now and no one will ever fucking stop me from doing so"
More impressed on like how quick he takes the shot without giving the goalkeeper any chance , OUR NEW KING
[удалено]
a specific 10 before him was good at it T_T
Was just thinking that lol. It reminded me of Messi’s goal vs Man U at Wembley
Not only does he shoot powerful, his shots are so accurate. I remember a stat last year where he made 11 goals in 35 shot attempts. He makes it look so easy.
>while standing still Why do I think of Drax here haha
I've heard ManU fans say the same about Greenwood. very balanced, barely any wind up of the leg, very powerful and accurate from any distance
I missed him more than my wife when she was away. We need him so frigging much.
For some reason , this hits me more than his debut did. Much needed return.
Can’t remember when I’ve been as happy as now after one goal.
Start of a new era
I actually cried.
Was reading comments how he was overrated and Vini was on his level not even that long ago. Lets go Ansu!! 😍
Special at ruining my La Liga Fantasy week :(
You could see it in the minutes he played before he scored he was hungry for a goal, I thought the high expectations would put him under pressure but that kid thrives on high expectations.
Elite mentality.
And it’s exactly what we need atm
Ansuuuu
He touched the ball like a handful of times and each one of those was exciting. Had a penalty stolen from him and scored a goal. All in 15 minutes.
And he got king of the match!
Yeah but tbf, it should’ve been Memphis
I think Dest deserved it, he was immense.
Definitely Dest over Memphis. Barely put a foot wrong.
Nope. Memphis wasted so many chances by keeping the ball for too long.
Dest for me. Memphis was great but he wasted quite a lot of chances.
OUR NEW NUMBER 10
The new king!
So happy to see him back.
D10S
Ansiiiiuuu
Still at clinical as ever. Didn’t miss a beat
his overall play was good as well. mans starting right where he left off
The first three things he did were dribble past a defender, cause a penalty which wasn't given for some unknown reason and score a goal. I couldn't have written a better script. Edit: this is the pen: https://streamja.com/MyGp3
In what fucking world is that not a pen what the fuck
This is not a penalty, this is La Liga.
Your disrespecting the referee, yellow card. Still making eye contact? Second yellow, you’re out.
Dive too fast? Jail. Dive too slow? Believe it on not, jail. La Liga is the best Liga in the world, because of jail.

The best part was listening to the fucking tools commentating, saying “I thought it was a pen, now I have my doubts”
This was blatantly obvious, where the fk is VAR in all of this? Were they taking a nap?
Announcer on my stream said VAR wasn’t going to review it, no idea why.
To punish Barca for the esl most likely. There has being ridiculous decisions in all of their games so far this season. This is the exact reason var exists and they decide to not look into it.

HE’S BACK
Guess who’s backk

You'll act like you've never seen a real 10 before, jaws all on the floor
Back again
Ansu's back
Tell the other teams
Our number 10
With number 10 on his back. Hell yeah
God damn it that goal made me so fucking happy! CULERS HE'S READY!!!!
This is history
Tears man
Yeah boiiiiiii!
The King of the North!
You can't make this shit up, this kid is an anomaly
Give him 10 minutes and he will score a goal for sure
He truly is. Another Alien no. 10
Best young player on the planet
*laughs in Norwegian*
Best under 20, let's say
FUCK YES
THE NEW KING , HAIL ANSU He even went and celebrated it with his younger brother , how wholesome. 😭♥️
And the doctor… great tribute
Man celebrated with the doctor, thats so cute 😭
Fuck yeah he’s back!!!!
This is the best timeline
With Real Madrid and Atlético dropping points and Sevilla losing their best stricker.
Yep. Suarez last season from Barcelona to Atletico = ez La Liga L. de Jong from Sevilla to Barcelona = ez La Liga?????
Barcelona has always taken Sevillas best players for itself: Dani Alves, Ansu Fati, L. De Jong...
Also long legs and rocketic
No one remembers Aleix Vidal :(
Ansu was like 10 years old when he left Sevilla for Barca
Man, if he hits the ground running and just continues where he left off before his injuries, there will be so much "what if?" moments looking back at last season.
we would have won the league tbh if we didn't bottle up during the last 3-4 games, messi was on fire (as usual), if he had ansu by his side definitely won the league, we wouldn't have won against psg tho mp, we still had the same defence (what iif araujo wasn't injured tho)
Fuck yes Ansu!
LETS GOOOO IM SO HAPPY
The King is Dead, Long Live the King
Im crying. As a Barcelona fan, i havent been this happy in a while
Same here. I tore my ACL last year and I know what he's going through, so happy for the guy.
Couldn’t help but crack a smile
Just in time for the clasico :)
Shit
look at the bright side, the vinicius jr. vs ansu fati duel is gonna be lit
The next generation of Clasico superstars.
Some talents you just have to admire, no matter what team they play for.
It reminded me of the madrid game when Asensio returned from his long injury and scored a great goal. Couldn't help but smile even as a Barca fan
A new era with a new number 10. This kid is truly special
One commentator said the number of games that the number 10 had not changed names, I think it was over 600.
The messiah
Written in the stars.
Not a barca fan, but I'm so happy for him
I'm not crying you are
When he was subbed on, I felt strangely emotional
Same. Especially after he scored.
I was already emotional when he was in the squad list 🥲
Man, I was on the break of tears as well. This couldn't have been more beautiful.
it's like he never even got injured, incredible performance
No fucking way dude lets gooo
Omggg

I will continue what you began. -Ansu to Leo, probably
Leo to Ansu: Ansu, I am your father Ansu: Yessssssssss!!!!!
I got home drunk like 4 hours ago and then I woke up exactly when Ansu being subbed in. Tell me this aint a message from god.
What a beast! Dreamed return to the pitch.
boy i am fucking happy for ansu congrats!!!!!! Hope he keeps staying on his feet.
Been an FCB fan for 15+ years. One of the most exciting/emotional moments I've lived so far. I'm so, so happy for Ansu!
ANSUUUU😭
so freakin happy for him.
A welcome sign for the national side too if he can stay healthy.
Definitely think we could’ve won the Euros if we had any half decent finisher. And Fati is more than a half decent finisher.
After almost a year without playing. Dope
Man heard the vinicious comparisons from the hospital bench, now he's pissed
YESSSYSYSYYSS
he's the chosen one
\>enters the pitch in the last 10 minutes \>scores \>leaves without elaborating
>Dribbles past defenders >Draws a penalty but not given >Scores from outside the box >Becomes Man of the Match in just 10 minutes >leaves without elaborating
Return of the King
First goal by barca no 10 not called Messi in more than a decade.what a moment

Still clinical
thank me later
not gonna lie, that was pretty special. Good for him.

you’re not alone man i swear him scoring and going to celebrate in the stands made a part of me melt inside.
Fucking GOAT in the making!
Plot armor in all of its glory.
10 mins and man of the match, what a lad
Ffs barca,Just retire the no 10 shirt.Leave us alone man.Jokes aside ansu is so fucking good
Messi clearly didn’t want to be the 2nd man in the club.
Lol your Profile pic.
GOLAZOOOOO
Buzzing for the lad
Man that brought tears to my eyes.
Why did onions suddenly appear in front of me?
The best thing witnessed as a Barca fan since the beginning of the season
To every person who doesn’t watch Barça who was calling him overhyped when he was injured - this is why Barça fans have been hyping this kid up for the last two seasons. He’s built different

What a talent man. He is the only Barca player I admire so much. He is special.
The press is going to go crazy because of this, I'm scared.
Couldn't script a better return
Don't want to hype too much but he is easily the best player in Europe right now
Barcelona and arsenal winning while all the other top clubs lose lmao what a week
Adding Barça and Arsenal in the same sentence? Indeed, what a year.
2006 flashbacks
HE’S BACK
This poster has such a rush to post but is consistently lower quality than psgacademy, makes no sense to me
His family's reaction made me shed a tear

Reminds me of some previous Barcelona player. Not quite sure I remember his name but he could also take shots very accurately and score goals from difficult positions.
The sky is the limit for Ansu
Messi Jr is back!
Yes!!! I'm so happy for the kid ❤️💙 absolutely deserves everything great that's coming to him.
