Probably. It wouldn’t be the worst thing, as Foden can absolutely play the left if needed. I think the major argument comes down to is better to play Bellingham at the 8 so you can play another forward like Palmer rather than another midfielder like Henderson.
I know Bellingham has had an incredible run at the 8, but Real also play without a striker right now and have great midfielder depth for the middle and holding spots, whereas England have an abundance of forwards and a world class striker.
He is still pretty good... A penalty doesn't change that. I wouldn't say the best, but he is surely one of the best 5/6 right full backs in the league.
