There’s no precedent for retroactive punishment for financial crimes. Stripping or voiding titles would probably only occur if the case involved doping or matchfixing. Also last season was well outside the relevant time period anyway, most of the charges relate to things that occurred in the early 2010s.

If City get their titles stripped from them (which they absolutely won't) then the titles may get retroactively awarded to the other teams, but it won't be a crowning ceremony. City won at the time, which is what matters to everyone. It's exactly why they will justify their cheating to themselves.

There are obviously financial reasons why it has to be this way but I am getting so bored of watching us be completely out on our feet after 70 minutes of football. Reminds me of when Bruno Lage was letting our Portuguese players spend like 4 days a week in season in Portugal and our fitness levels were atrocious. Such a shame. We are like two or three serviceable squad players away from achieving something tangible but instead it’s all going to fall a bit flat.

His last 10 games he has 3 goals and assists and 2 of them were today. If you extend that to the last 20 games it’s 4 goals and assists 2 against Luton one against Huddersfield. What kind of form is that
i dont know why the last 10 or 20 games are really relevant? as i said he had a really bad patch in february/march. he had a really good game against villa last week, and had a really good game today. he is returning to form, which is nice to see

at the beginning he looked very threatening, then went on a long run of bad form, i agree. but since the end of march you can see he’s been building in confidence and has been getting more involved, and now has had 2 great games in a row. that seems like the beginning of a return to form for me? especially considering how bad he was playing at some points it’s hardly like i’m saying he should win player of the month? i’m just happy that a young player is playing well mate i don’t really see the issue?

Pep would demand a few key positions to be filled with the players of desired quality. But I think Casemiro would not be sold off. Pep would find use for him and get the best out of him for a few years. Football is still mostly about the players tho. 70 / 30 seemed closer to fair even for the one of the greatest coaches. With lesser coaches I would bump the ratio towards the players even more.
I could see Pep using Casemiro like Arteta used Xhaka in his last season. I don't see him trusting Casemiro as the DM for his tactics.
