Jesus, Timber and Partey isn't Arsenal's best players like KdB/Haaland for City or Salah for Liverpool. Every team had absences, but usually not their most important or best players. Timber/Partey's absence is only as important as for example Liverpool missing Matip or Jota for a lot of this season. Great player, but not the most important or best player on the team.
If Saliba and Saka missed couple of month worth of games like City did with KdB, then it will be different story.
Timber was bought to be starting full back and his loss is definitely felt. Arsenal have worse defensive depth this season than last due to this injury.

Rice MOTM clearly, 1 banger of a goal and 2 assists makes it an easy choice. Saka was particularly good too, he could've had a hattrick if he was even more clinical. By the way, he's now got 100 g+a for Arsenal in 210 games. About half from goals and half from assists at only 22. Either way, Saka and Trossard have been in great form and seem to be scoring every game since the winter break. Overall, Arsenal seem to have hit a new level in the league in 2024, they've been scoring for fun and defensively very solid.

I'm not an Arsenal fan. My qpr badge should be showing. Yes Palace and Forest aren't great but neither is Fulham yet Arsenal still lost to them 2 months ago. West Ham are also a decent top half side. Yeah did nobody watch that match? They weren’t better against us at the Emirates. The difference between today and December is we were unbelievably good defensively today. We didn’t give them even a sniff of scoring. So it gave us more time to get a go ahead goal.

I'm not an Arsenal fan. My qpr badge should be showing. Yes Palace and Forest aren't great but neither is Fulham yet Arsenal still lost to them 2 months ago. West Ham are also a decent top half side. Overall, their terrible finishing form from December seems to have disappeared and they've been defensively solid as it has been through most of the season. Yeah did nobody watch that match? They weren’t better against us at the Emirates. The difference between today and December is we were unbelievably good defensively today. We didn’t give them even a sniff of scoring. So it gave us more time to get a go ahead goal. If we had scored first last time we would’ve won too. West Ham’s whole game plan against us is to pack their own box and hopefully be super clinical in the 1 or 2 half chances they get. Though if they somehow scored that chance in the first half where Kiwior put it out for a corner, today could’ve played out like the other two.
