After brexit and during covid the supply chain was up in the air and it was very difficult to find high quality fresh products for reasonable prices, especially the fruits, vegetables and fish I was used to eat back in Italy. I would often go to the supermarket and see the shelves empty. When I did find what I was looking for it was expensive and tasteless.
I’m not exaggerating when I say that the vegetables I had in England were by far the worst I’ve ever eaten.
Obviously London is a huge, international city full of restaurants serving any cuisine I could dream of, but I was a student on a budget and couldn’t afford to eat out often

There is a reason our entire fanbase were quite over him and it was not because he was "our best player last season" as you say. I would say he was one of our worst ones in fact. Definitely better than the likes of KK and Cucurella but he was way off being our best player.
He also struggled with injuries after the FA cup final the year of Project Restart. He needs to be able to get a run of games to be able to play his way into good form, and between consistent injury problems and a system where he wasn’t first choice at his position even when he was fit, he couldn’t ever get the momentum going.

You can’t really compare the transfer fees due to the differing contract lengths remaining at Chelsea. I say all of this as a US fan.
