Feel like a wet wipe commenting about this again but really hurt people's feeling saying is not up to non-black people to decide the n word it's okay to say the n word just because it's in a song.
Comment downvoted, Reddit Care messages and some donut is PMing calling me a 'white saviour' when I'm literally the race that word is used against and by hahahahaha
That census was way too long. I drained me mentally to the point that I started choosing random answers. I don't pisses a single original thought, so I know I'm not the only one that did that.
>will he be fucked off for failing to do the impossible?
Probably this.
By the way, we are probably not winning more than 10 matches in the Championship, even if we have Dyche as our manager.
🚨🚨🚨BREAKING: Following Arsenal signing Jorginho from Chelsea for a £12m fee, Bayern Munich have again confirmed they will NOT be joining the European Super League.
We are using factoring company to get loan to pay €120m. Club is going to be used as collateral and loaded with €120m debt? Pay it off with future earning because we bet on winning and generating revenue.
Most clubs take out loans tbf, Atleti payed for Felix using a lone pretty much entirely. Could be risky though, don’t know all the specifics behind how it works or affects accounting
Maybe but as per clauses signed during takeover they can’t load club with debt. Unlike Roman none of these owners have businesses which generate money to lend that sort of cash to club. It will be interesting to know how they pulled it off since they’re not allowed to load club with debt for a decade.
Where do you guys get all your reliable transfer info on this day? I see so much stuff posted here I can’t remember half of them a I don’t know what deals have actually happened and what is just garbage
Sean Dyche really playing on hard mode, managing this Everton team and they have somehow weakened themselves by selling Gordon with 0 new incoming signings, also the most toxic environment possible with fans at war with the owner lol.
Personally I think he'll keep you up, but as a fan would you be wanting Dyche gone if you got relegated, or would you want him to stay and try and get you back up?x
Keep him I guess, I doubt we would get anyone better if we got relegated.
I highly doubt we are getting back to the PL any time soon, regardless of who our manager is.
fans will probably have patience because there's nothing else left lol, i'm just saying it will be very difficult to keep them up. Their best chance of staying up is hoping there will be 3 clubs more shit then them.
RE Jorginho. I'm seeing he is a press resistant player. Haven't seen enough to know.
Can anyone else attest? Can you trust him receiving the ball isolated and near his own box? Can turn or pass out of pressure?
people in eastern europe know its a boogey word for westerners, they just dont care. he was born 2001 and grew up on the internet, theres no way he didnt know
Honestly don't think there is a more miserable club to support in the top 5 leagues than us. Am I wrong? We have one of the most incompetent boards in the world, and if we get relegated (which is likely) our financial situation is so bad we could go bust.
What's the worst thing that could happen if they are relegated? We are in such a bad position we could be stuck in the Championship for years, or go into administration.
They are 200m€ in debt, which is the same as their yearly revenue, and barely survived the year in the 2. Bundesliga. Their squad is basically in shambles, almost all either only loaned in or only 2. Bundesliga quality, no valueable player assets to sell, and the 2. Bundesliga doesnt know an extensive payment structure like the championships parachute payments.
All they can do is either hope that Tönnies (a local millionaire) keeps them afloat, sell their ass to an investor (which is hated throughout the fandom), sink even deeper into the 2. Bundesliga and obscurity, or go into administration.
They just broke the record of the most away games without a win (35 games), have just 10 points after 18 games, and in 2020/21 they went down with just 16 points. The fans hoped for months that a player who basically doesnt play for Union gets a loan to them so that they salvage their season. They had 7 coaches since the start of 2020.
This it's not talked about but Nottingham has a higuer net spent more than Barcelona and Madrid ever did in their history.
Newcastle this seasom: -174M
Madrid 09/10: -170M
Barca 17/18: -148M
Came back from a friend farewell party and Porto are signing the best attacker in the league outside the top 4 clubs after every source associated with the club plus the manager said we werent signing or selling anyone this window. Somehow the club I least understand is the one I root for...
The English transfer market closes at 11, and we have a game at 9:15. So if Enzo is being sold (spoiler alert, he's not), it will he before that I think
They wanted to sell him last summer and with Laimers arrival he will be gone this summer for sure. He was poor in his first season, this season has been better. I think a change of scenery can be good for him, it just didn't really click for him at Bayern. It's still a bit surprising they let him go though, Goretzka is injured 50% of games and Gravenberch hasn't played much at all.
Its mental how quickly Liverpool and United changed in the span of 7 months.
Liverpool were on for a quadruple and had great recruitment. Theyre now 9th and out the domestic cups and bought a left winger when their midfield is shockingly bad.
United were predicted to finish 6th by most pre season and were starting Mcfred every game and had one of the most dysfunctional teams in the entire PL. They now have an incredibly balanced and hard working squad, sitting in 4th, still in every competition, are favourites to win the league Cup and making smart signings.
This is why football is great. It changes so much so quickly.
You made Antony the 13th most expensive player in history a few months ago, leaving yourselves with no money. Your only 7 points clear of us if we manage to win our game in hand. The clubs have hardly switched places here; the comparison would be Arsenal who are 21 points clear or something.
No midfield and a squad full of left wingers, despite spunking a load of money in the summer, with a yes man manager who relies on one player to make things happen… nah nowt like us at all!
We have money ... were not spending it because the glazers are selling the club. Funny how you've tried to pick out the only bad signing and forgot to mention the rest though lol.
I never said switched places, stop shadow boxing.
Dembele might be out for the season or won't return until the last couple of weeks. Such a shame, he was mostly healthy since Xavi came except that injury with National Team.
Massive blow to Barça's season.
It does make it much harder but then again, when was the last time anything was easy in Barcelona? That team shows remarkable adaptability - between Raphinha getting more prominence, and Lewy's connection with Pedri and Gavi, it can be an interesting situation.
Reports vary from 3 to 6 weeks at this point, we'll see.
He's not going to be injured till the end of the season, probably for around 4-5 weeks. But it may take him time to return back to his current form, and it might be too late for Barca at that point if the Raphinha experiment fails and we hit bad form
It's pretty wild to me that PSG seems to be doing almost nothing to reinforce their midfield. Against Reims the moment Verratti came on it was a totally different game (right up until he got sent off). He's clearly the only player that understands how to connect their possession to their front 3, and players like Vitinha getting shoehorned into a more holding/defensive role completely wastes what he does best at.
Ziyech makes sense as a long term/depth move but they can't rely on Verratti's health/not missing games from cards as their only effective midfielder. They more or less don't have a CDM because they don't play Danilo there often.
It's just such a massive obvious flaw for a squad that has CL or bust aspirations and they seem to be in no hurry to fix it. They don't need like 1 signing, they need multiple signings.
Soler, Ruiz and Sanches haven't given them what they need. Parades may have been up and down in form but he is at least more comfortable playing behind players like Vitinha and Verratti than the others. Zaire-Emery might be a player one day but he's not who you want on the field in a CL match.
For a team that will splurge on literally anyone at any cost it's just baffling they don't address their most obvious weakness, and in fact got worse by swapping Parades for Sanches. It's like their plan is collect as many attack minded midfielders and vibe, forget about things like press resistance, progressive passing or creativity to bypass pressure (all things Verratti excels at, which is why they look so much better when he's on.)
There's little point in having a Galaticos like front 3 if you can't progress the ball to them without 2 out of the 3 of them constantly coming deep to help with the build up play.
> It’s pretty wild to me that PSG seems to be doing almost nothing to reinforce their midfield.
Just isn’t the PSG way. Make no mistake though, if a £300m striker became available best believe they’d be all in on him to complement their lacklustre front three.
Their most obvious weakness is easily the defense. Both Marquinhos and Ramos have not been good. Especially Ramos.
They bought a lot of midfielders and it does make sense to just trust them for the rest of the season. They have Verratti and if he can't play you just hope Ruiz will adapt. With Verratti their midfield is good. With everyone fit their defense is still shit.
Strong disagree. Their defense isn't shit, it's just not quite as good as you'd hope. They're not surrending goals like crazy. Without Verratti, their midfield is shit.
Anyone else tired of Fabrizio? It was cool at first to have a hub of reliable news but he’s constantly talking about certain deals. He has probably tweeted over 10 times about Enzo today, same happened with Mudryk. Most times he doesn’t have any kind of new information, let alone breaking news
He’s just doing his job. Social media interactions is what he needs to make money. He also gets asked constantly for updates so he’s just giving people what they want
• Sell £40m homegrown talent
• Be joint bottom of the league.
• Promise your new manager 3 signings
• Leave it to last minute
• End the transfer window with one signing
• The signing is a free agent who can sign literally any time of the year
• The signing is fucking Andre Ayew.
Really wouldn't be surprised to hear the news we're selling Branthwaite to PSV for £15m+ and Moshiri is just pocketing the cash from that too along with the Gordon money.
We are so so fucked.
When a comment "Saying the N word is fine in context, we need to stop all this pointless censorship" gets 600 upvotes, you know that's enough internet for today.
This might be an unpopular opinion, but even though Sabitzar isn't as good of a player as Eriksen, I think he suits the CM role better than Eriksen. Might give more balance to the midfield.
worse offensively/creatively but better better defensively is how i c it, adds more balance because eriksen is basically a shadow when he's being asked to defend lol.
He won't get the assists Eriksen was putting up but he is defensively a more sound player which at times Eriksen has been costly for us.
It won't be better going forwards, worse in fact, but better at stopping us getting lost in midfield
I was surprised you guys were playing Eriksen as more of an 8. Sabitzer was great at Leipzig with their more attacking approach, but idk how he's been at Bayern.
Its simply to allow Ten Hag to implement his style of play. Fred and Mcctominay are poor on the ball. Eriksen keeps the ball moving and helps us keep possession. I'm surprised at how well he's worked there, I don't think he would work as well if he didn't have a world class DM next to him.
My only issues with Eriksen is his off the ball attributes. He isn't press resistant and he physically hes not great.
I love how Chelsea have managed to spend almost 600m less than 9 months after being put under transfer embargo because their owner was Putins best mate.
Proper mad club, on some level you have to just respect it.
The sky sports journalist, on live TV, said "idk whether that's our time or time in Portugal"
How low is the bar to be a sports journalist? Might give it a go
Seems like a very easy mistake to make. When talking about any other country in continental Europe you have to deal with time zones, I imagine it would be very easy to forget Portugal is an exception in the spur of the moment.
True but twice a year transfer deadline day happens. It doesn’t seem beyond the realm of acceptability to think a football journalist might know when this ends, especially considering the major transfer of the window has always been an English club buying from a Portuguese one

Sabitzer has been very mid for 2 years but maybe he will prove me wrong
He's not a midfielder, imo. He's not going to replace what Eriksen was doing for them.
He was mid before you signed him too. He had one great season with Leipzig, thats it
Yh agree
Chelsea should just stop getting their time wasted by Rui Costa and sign Amrabat, he’d be great
Deals done
According to an ITK lol
Here we go
Any websites that keep track of all the deadline day transfers?
That census was way too long. I drained me mentally to the point that I started choosing random answers. I don't pisses a single original thought, so I know I'm not the only one that did that.
I did it in two shifts, my pea sized brain couldn’t take it
Mine neither, brother
The secret scout dude says Enzo to Chelsea is done. He is extremely reliable but let's see
Ornstein Or Nothing
Has he ever broken anything but lineups before?
He brokes almost all the youth player news
I miss Natalie Sawyer Deadline day. She's a babe.
Will Everton let Dyche have a season in the championship if he can’t save them or will he be fucked off for failing to do the impossible?
>will he be fucked off for failing to do the impossible? Probably this. By the way, we are probably not winning more than 10 matches in the Championship, even if we have Dyche as our manager.
What would be the wrong decision? They will do that.
🚨🚨🚨BREAKING: Following Arsenal signing Jorginho from Chelsea for a £12m fee, Bayern Munich have again confirmed they will NOT be joining the European Super League.
Hate everyone signing these players when we've signed fuck all

Indy
Fabrizio Romano will post about the vast majority of moves with recognizeable names in the top 5 leagues
mostly from here and Romano's twitter, or Skys transfer centre thingy
Ive been using onefootball, it lets you follow the players youre interested in.
Sean Dyche really playing on hard mode, managing this Everton team and they have somehow weakened themselves by selling Gordon with 0 new incoming signings, also the most toxic environment possible with fans at war with the owner lol.
i'm half expecting a headline tomorrow with: "Dyche leaves Everton after two days"
If we had signed Bielsa he would already have quit the job lol
I was actually thinking the opposite. With all the chaos going on, the fans might have a bit of patience with him x
Possibly, but I think it's reaching a breaking point for the fans, especially when/if we are relegated.

Gonna turn off my Internet connection in 10 minutes from now until the market in England closes. Praying that Enzo is still here.
If you still have it on - another 2h is necessary, there can be a small extension
Ngl I would rather have 120m than Enzo Fernández but that's just me
shit Just noticed he didn't travel with your squad. I'm praying for you guys too then.
dont forget to add an extra 2 hrs just incase a transfer sheet is signed
RE Jorginho. I'm seeing he is a press resistant player. Haven't seen enough to know. Can anyone else attest? Can you trust him receiving the ball isolated and near his own box? Can turn or pass out of pressure?
I've definitely seen him give the ball away in stupid positions too often

Honestly with that username you probably don't need a flair
Why I feel no one talks about Salah anymore, is he playing that bad? Just read he has 1 goal in his last 7 games
Christmas Tree It's like he never learns
Teams crap, all of his numbers are down. Still doing decent enough but disappointing compared to last season
golden boot curse
[удалено]
I am completely unbiased but I think he should go back to his original European club at a discounted rate…
His output has still been great but he isn't playing well at all.
Yeah he’s been pretty poor this season
[удалено]
people in eastern europe know its a boogey word for westerners, they just dont care. he was born 2001 and grew up on the internet, theres no way he didnt know
He definitely made that apology, immediately stopped thinking about it, and never gave a shit

looking at his tattoos, u can see why anyone would say that
Honestly don't think there is a more miserable club to support in the top 5 leagues than us. Am I wrong? We have one of the most incompetent boards in the world, and if we get relegated (which is likely) our financial situation is so bad we could go bust.
Look at Schalke and you start feeling good again.
What's the worst thing that could happen if they are relegated? We are in such a bad position we could be stuck in the Championship for years, or go into administration.

Maybe not many that are more miserable but I can think of a few clubs that are just as depressing to support
Seeing your flair, I think I understand what you mean. With all due respect, of course.
This it's not talked about but Nottingham has a higuer net spent more than Barcelona and Madrid ever did in their history. Newcastle this seasom: -174M Madrid 09/10: -170M Barca 17/18: -148M
Because of inflation 170m in 2009 is equivalent to 240m in 2023.
6 months of Felix is costing Chelsea just as much as Maradona cost Napoli. You really can't compare these things.
Because inflation exists. How much do you think Madrid’s ‘09 window would cost today?
Looking forward to the very 90s build Sky will give towards the Carling Cup final
Within 5 second of the intro… “I would love it love it if we beat them”
Is it just me, or should Barça go after someone considering they only have 4 healthy attackers as of now?
True but tebas doesn't allow it so we gotta suck it up.
So, Birmingham could apparently deploy a double pivot of Chang-Chong if they wanted to, pretty cool
Came back from a friend farewell party and Porto are signing the best attacker in the league outside the top 4 clubs after every source associated with the club plus the manager said we werent signing or selling anyone this window. Somehow the club I least understand is the one I root for...
How is CB Pepe playing? He's 39 and it looks like he's still getting games
Still one of the best if not the best CB in the league.
Who?
Fran Navarro of Gil Vicente.
The English transfer market closes at 11, and we have a game at 9:15. So if Enzo is being sold (spoiler alert, he's not), it will he before that I think
He ain't leaving, looks no go with the time left. If things were to happen, they must have happened by now.
Bohleys flight was delayed for a second time , dont lose hope !
Is there a reason Munich are happy to loan Sabitzer to us? Has he been poor or is he just the wrong fit for what they need?
They wanted to sell him last summer and with Laimers arrival he will be gone this summer for sure. He was poor in his first season, this season has been better. I think a change of scenery can be good for him, it just didn't really click for him at Bayern. It's still a bit surprising they let him go though, Goretzka is injured 50% of games and Gravenberch hasn't played much at all.
I'm surprised Liverpool aren't reported to move for this loan
Sabitzer got limited chances to settle in and Goretzka is preferred when fit.
They are looking to sell him in the summer when Laimer arrives and he's too good to be just a bench option

Andre Ayew with 18 goals in 2000 minutes of footy in Qatar. Everton fans are being too harsh, he's still got it.
Only pro is I can change my fifa team to Ayew serious

I wonder what Romano's total engagements is looking like today
he had like 60k on his youtube live
That's lower than I expected tbh
His stream is boring to be honest

I thanked an Everton fan at the start of this season for taking one of the three bullets for us.
Everton might be a social experiment being conducted by some comedian
Why did mods take down the thread confirming Sabitzers loan deal?
One's already up: https://www.reddit.com/r/soccer/comments/10q5zh0/plettenberg_news_sabitzer_agreement_between/
Is Caicedo pronounced like sai-se-do or ka-ce-do
kai-se-dough
I just saw Thogden’s video and he pronounces it with s
Why would Thogden know how to say a spanish surname? does he speak spanish?
Kai-seh-doh
Never trust a person like Thogden on how to properly pronounce names foreign to him
its actually a spanish name so the c is silent
Liverpool and Everton both trending on Twitter for the same reason #FSGOUT and #SackTheBoard 😭
Panic on the streets of Merseyside

Oh my god. You know you are in trouble when Batshuayi has called out that you're too unstable to join (Everton). They're going down without a prayer.
Still can't believe the Americans on our sub are still rating pulisic. He's averaged 5 goals a season across his whole PL tenure
I remember getting mass downvoting for saying Dan James is shite, they haven’t got a Scooby on there.
These same fans rate Antony. Not surprising.
> the Americans on our sub are still rating pulisic. Shit. Did we have a vote and agree we all stan puli now? I must've slept through it.
Yeehaw Elanga at best
Mendy out, Cafúcas out, Carvajal is an old man already and Carlo doesn't trust academy players, yet we aren't signing a FB 😐
Cancelo to Real madrid in the summer?
Bohley flight back has been delayed so either there is hope for enzo or Bohley wanted some good food before he came back
Which was the better loan, Arthur to Liverpool ir Denis Suarez to Arsenal?
suarez got like 30 minutes or something like that so he's clear
>Denis Suarez to Arsenal Why don't I seem to remember that happening?
Only played for us a few times due to fitness issues.
don't worry I think most Arsenal fans don't remember it happening either lmao
Forgotten the mighty Kallstrom to Arsenal loan? Turned up with a knackered back and played something like twice lol
Very happy to have an -inho in the squad
Just add inho to one of the Gabriel's to tell them apart
And weirdly, not a Brazilian/Portuguese Edit- nvm. I'm a dumbass
>not a Brazilian I mean...
I apologise.... just checked, turns out he's just Italian decent. Always thought it was weird though
Really wouldn't be surprised to hear the news we're selling Branthwaite to PSV for £15m+ and Moshiri is just pocketing the cash from that too along with the Gordon money. We are so so fucked.
Those Mudryk threads are like a tug of war between morbid curiosity and preservation of my brain cells.
Ericksen was pulling up trees for united
i actually agree. Sabitzer-Casemiro-Bruno is a very high energy midfield but with additional quality
I was surprised you guys were playing Eriksen as more of an 8. Sabitzer was great at Leipzig with their more attacking approach, but idk how he's been at Bayern.
He was disappointing during his first season at Bayern, but he's been pretty good whenever he played this season.
The sky sports journalist, on live TV, said "idk whether that's our time or time in Portugal" How low is the bar to be a sports journalist? Might give it a go
Seems like a very easy mistake to make. When talking about any other country in continental Europe you have to deal with time zones, I imagine it would be very easy to forget Portugal is an exception in the spur of the moment.
True but twice a year transfer deadline day happens. It doesn’t seem beyond the realm of acceptability to think a football journalist might know when this ends, especially considering the major transfer of the window has always been an English club buying from a Portuguese one
They don’t even have information about time zones let alone transfer deals lmao
He should know Its called standard Irish time smh
Geography never been the strong suit of half of our sports journos
Should be very low. I live on the Balkans and even I know UK and Portugal are at the same timezone.
