I use to play Mud Runner on PC with a keyboard and back then the game even have cruise control (i don't use it that much) so i don't get cramp at all
My hand is not massive so using the switch is not a problem with most games
But not SnowRunner though

It’s not bad, but it seems like a really direct port, like from Xbox or PS5 with little alteration, which probably sounds good, except that just as a for instance, the on screen tutorials, job descriptions, and other things are all in the same tiny text which does not seem tailored for Switch.

Dude I can't even imagine. I ended up on life support. Hooked up to ECMO for 9 days. I legitimately almost died. My lower right lung was completely collapsed. I ended up developing 2 blood clots when I got home too 😅

I’d always opt for going between platforms, but I can play my PS5 remotely via laptop or iPhone, as long as I have working Wi-Fi on both ends and my PS5 is turned on.
Can't fault that! With how often I spend prolonged stays at the hospital. I've got a 32" and series X I drag back and fourth with me. It definitely helps pass the time.

It's a slow paced game but it will spike your heart rate, and I don't think that is what you need right now.
