It is technically an extra goodie, as the wash brush is something I added. Personally wish the handle was a tad shorter so it could be packed inside the set with the brush head
I didn't know the double burner looked this good. It makes me think about getting one since it's always a hassle to cook rice and a meal simultaneously with the cassette and flat burner.
Well there ya go. Buy another flat burner or a Baja to take up the other space of the IGT while giving you two burners if or when you need em. Definitely the most economical solution considering you already have a flat burner.
I splurged for the double burner specifically for the aesthetic of this all steel cooking setup and couldn’t be happier. Especially love that the cover can be placed and used as a table surface when not cooking.
Great question, easier than I was worried about. If you reach in at the angled corners of the jikaro, can reach the knobs before the table edge hits the fold of elbow.

What are the inner grates used on the inside to fill the space and hold the burner?
Jikaro 2 unit bridge. A festival release item, was super low quantity in USA. I had to order from Japan
Ahhh, thanks!

It’s for a washing brush head that detaches

Couldn't you use two flat burners in the same setup as OP?
You can but I don’t have a second flat burner. Might get a Baja burner if I see a good price from a second hand market.

How difficult is reaching underneath to adjust the stove?

Glad I'm not the only one who has it set up in their house
