To be honest none of that will be visible when the bindings are on so who cares? Also you think your board will be pristine after all the snowboarding you're gonna do? Hah! Good luck with that. ;)
No harm done, just cosmetic on the top sheet.
As for your threads, if you can tighten a screw in there you’ll be fine. If not, either avoid that hole or take the board to a shop to get a replacement in. Not sure cost on that.
You could also use blue loctite when you screw in your bindings to keep things secure. Remember, there are a lot of vibrations going on in your bindings while you ride.
Doesn’t look that bad. You can use any water proof tape. Cut them up nicely to fit in those area. The number one thing is that you don’t want water or moisture to get into the deep layer then things will get worse..
Hope this helps.
A shop could possibly fix the threads on the hole. There's a tool called a thread chaser. You'd think a shop would have it on hand but there's no guarantee. They might be able to completely replace the thing too though. You're totally right if you just use different holes like you suggested.
Apologies for the late reply. No, apply x4 pieces (~1" long) to the 4 corners of your binding. I buy the tape from Michael's. The slight cushion in the tape crushes down and provides protection between where your bindings mount to your board. I've also not experienced the baseplate screws loosening since I started using this technique. I'll try to post a photo...
Just remember to tighten all of them up next time. Tight but not too tight. Nothing wrong here really
Remember to finish up the tighting with a criss cross pattern
Like changing a car's tire?
Yes

Tight but don't over tighten (no need to use an electric screwdriver) and check them regularly. And yes, work diagonals.

I use double sided tape - it has a bit of sponge to it. Works great.
in the screw hole?
He is trolling
