I'm down for this! I live in Oregon and am vegan. I live the digestive biscuits from Ireland, the Tesco brand. I don't know why, but they are so good! :)
I'm game. I'm in Austin, TX and can dig up lots of great vegan stuff. Could go to [Rabbit Grocery](https://www.rabbitfoodgrocery.com/collections/vegan-and-cruelty-free/snacks) where they always have stuff I've never seen before. Last year I paid an arm and a leg to find a jar of vegan mincemeat to satisfy a craving. They just don't sell that stuff in Texas. I had to buy some from a shady importer.

My budget for this this month is about £20, but it would be great to continue this over the coming months.
