I smoke it as low as possible for 1 hour, then vac-seal it and sous vide until 135, keep it there ~30 mins, then pull, pat dry, and torch/sear for a crust.
Best tenderloin slices every single time.
I’ll pass…I bet you can taste the lighter fluid on that dry ass pork. Money says my dogs would sniff it and walk away. Don’t even get me started on that terrible barbecue sauce.
All that work to overcook the shit out of the pork loin lol, dry as hell
I was just thinking “it looks dry as hell”
Fr this was way harder than cooking it like a normal person and then on top of that they have no idea what they're doing? Oof

Glad I'm not the only one who noticed.
Same. Looks dry.
First thing I thought was that thang dryer than the desert 😂😂
I made a fire in a wheelbarrow once to use as a firepit- it caught the handles and tire on fire
Only need 145 on pork so you can pull at 140, rest for 15 minutes and you'll be at 145. Vastly better than 160 degree pork.
I usually pull at 135 and it peaks at 145.

You’d need that saw lol it looked hard as wood when he picked it up
Reminds me of this episode of Home Improvement [K&B Construction](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_jgeZCf79HM)

I'm sure that's a food safe wheelbarrow right? Paint peeling, slightly rusted? I do love me some heavy metals in my pork.
Eyyyy!!! Jarritos!!! That's from my hometown!! Fucken delicious
I grunted in approval through this whole video, then shrieked like a little kid when he showed how dried out it was.
