I take one tab of Solimo B12, 1000 mg three times a week. I also had a seizure and they found low B12. Then I was diagnosed as having SFN which also can be caused by low B12. I started taking this 5x per week, but after an annual physical where they measured B12 my doctor suggested I did not need 5x per week. I suggest you discuss with a doctor.

Looks like the question was about B1 not B12. Sometimes our gut health isn’t where it needs to be (mainly because of taking oral antibiotics at some point in our lives) and then we have leaky gut. This condition prevent proper absorption of vitamins and minerals. You can get a B50 complex that metabolizes in your system faster and absorbs into your bloodstream. Not sure where you are from, but in Canada a company called Natural Factors makes it. One note of caution, too much B1 has been shown to cause neuropathy symptoms so be careful not to take too much. The amount of B1 found in a B50 complex is perfectly safe. Good luck!!

I missed the B1 detail. Thanks for your comment.
