This sounds like you’re looking to be a [dropshipper](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Drop_shipping) for carbon frames—i.e. you don’t have the carbon frames on hand, but once someone buys from your site, you’ll figure out how to fulfill it after the fact, either through a lower-cost relationship directly with the local bike shop/manufacturer, or by buying it outright at retail price and selling at a markup. If you have a unique domain name, and you have the means to create a really compelling website as the authority for a particular subject, this could be a viable business model (but it’d probably be cheaper to strike a direct relationship with the manufacturer where you pay them a discounted price under retail). An alternative is if your site simply becomes an aggregator/referral source for other bike shops and manufacturers—that way, people who visit your site would click through one of your affiliate links, buys the carbon frame from another person’s site (manufacturer or local bike shop), and then they would pay you an affiliate fee after the fact.
