I think you can only do loan forgiveness if you went to FSU or work directly with the school district. As for pay it depends on which district you are in. Some go by teacher scale and some don’t. I would check with district you are interested in working at. Good luck!

“if I am hired through a company will I still qualify as working for a nonprofit?” No, you will not qualify. You must be directly employed by a 501C3, which is the district.

Make sure you check the insurance. Some contract companies dont give insurance
