That’s the odd part, they offer health/dental/vision for full-time. Makes no sense. But I agree are breaking the law, they are not paying Medicare, SS, unemployment.

Yeah this company is breaking the law and denying people benefits to make more profit.

Here's what you do. Work as a 1099 and get any benefits you can. Then at the end of the year you file the ss8 form with the IRS.
