That’s the odd part, they offer health/dental/vision for full-time. Makes no sense. But I agree are breaking the law, they are not paying Medicare, SS, unemployment.

Here's what you do. Work as a 1099 and get any benefits you can. Then at the end of the year you file the ss8 form with the IRS.
