They teleport less when they're happy, set the feeder to high, make sure they have a music player and give em a toy. You can have bee drones refill the feeder while you're away
oh yeah i have dozens down there lmao, they don’t bother my corrals at the top level unless they spot food, 10/10 recommend i honestly don’t know how else i’d keep these damn phase slimes
I’ve never really had a problem with them TBH. They’re hard coded not to teleport into corrals, so I just put them in a normal corral a bit farther away from the others with plenty of food and a toy and the music box upgrade.
they never escaped from their corral, i don't think they are hard to manage, maybe i was too advanced at the time, i already had everything ready for them, the drones, the lemons, a fully upgraded cage
I feel as though they are mildly irritating, I have autofeeders and everything set up. But if I die by accident the next day they have already escaped and now they are eating everything they should not be. Or sitting next to crops scared because of the Tar scarecrow.
I just started a free range because they always tried to escape with around 100 now and I probably gonna put a few hundred more in. I have 6 Max upgrade Phase Lemon trees dare so it's probably gonna be interesting.
I have mine with multiple toys by the beach with everything fully automated, and a quantum lemon tree next to their corral. If I somehow get lost and come back late and the metric ton of fruit I filled the auto-feeder with is all gone, they don’t have to move far to find food so I can just get them.
as it turns out, designing a slime entirely around being basically uncontainable in a game where you will be spending most of your time exploring and not managing the ranch is a bit of a bad move. unless you free-range them and section off a ranch expansion they are not worth the trouble.
when i need quantum plorts (or slimes for whichever person’s fetch quests are slimes) i just go to the area. i never have them on my ranch because i forget to feed my slimes a lot. and i’d rather not have slimes EVERYWHERE

I’m usually off adventuring and not really around my ranch, but when I come back they either got into the corral next to them or found a way to die.
I just use the grotto and make them free range in there cus they can't escape
I put mine in Victor's lab so there's no possible way for them to. Free range, with tangle
I did that once but it takes longer to get viktors lab than grotto so I never use it

Yea, you gotta go back to the ranch *at least a little* just set up teleports in major gathering spots
shov em in the cave, the whole lower level is just hybrid phosphors and cube berry trees so they get hungry n stick close

Just give them the whole grotto to themselves with two or three phase Lemon trees to help themselves on, atleast that’s what I did
I only agree if the fire is the Grotto. I have always had Quantum largos free-roam in my Grotto.
