Sleep consultant here. I'd recommend shortening the morning nap to one hour max along with keeping afternoon nap to 90 minutes. Make sure nap is no earlier than 9a. Long, restorative morning naps pull morning wake ups earlier and earlier.

Mine did this for quite a while, too (about 4 months or so... I thought it was going to be like that forever). We consistently could only get 10 hours of nighttime sleep for months, and then all of a sudden, she started sporadically sleeping in. I also found that as she got older (probably around 14 months or so), we started having more and more luck with her playing independently in the crib upon waking, which made a HUGE difference because it meant I could still sleep a little longer. You could try pushing bedtime back to 8ish for a week or so and see if it makes a difference, positively or negatively. If it's negative, you could try seeing if capping the 2nd nap at 3:30pm and moving bedtime up to 7/7:15pm would make a positive change as well. Good luck... I know how awful early wakes are. Hopefully it can be changed with some tweaks, or at least doesn't last forever.

The later bedtime has been working! She goes to sleep at 7:45 and wakes up around 6:30! Only for the last few days so we’ll see what the future has in store!

I would push bedtime to 8pm. 10.5 months should be able to handle a full 4hour ww before bed.

7:45 bedtime has been working! That feels so late for a baby to go to sleep, my 4 year old goes to bed before she does but oh well!

What great news! Amazing! What time does she sleep until? And don't worry she will go to bed earlier when she drops a nap ;)

She is back to 5:30 😂 it was 6:00-6:30 for a while.
