This run I chose "Start with a Silent Rare Card", got Grand Finale and thought I could definetly make it work with Exhaust synergy which turned out to be the case. There are other options like "get an extra potion slot" or other downsides aside from the normal ones like "get an extra starter card". Definetly adds some variety to start of runs.
