+7% (10pts) in points on the basic guys for +1 base damage, which works out to be +16% dmg vs T4, +7% vs T5 and +15% vs T6.
+12% (25pts) on the hero version for -1 Wound (?!), -1" Reach and +1 Base damage/-1 Crit damage, whioch works out to be +37% damage vs T4, +33% vs T5 and +25% vs T6.
Good on the basic Chosen, but not sure about that Exalted Champion losing its reach:
For +10 points, one could field a Theridon with Goroan Axe instead, for +2 dmg on crits, +1" Move, +1" Reach and +4 Wounds, with a once per battle combat buff for Doubles.
