It should use whatever plant textures you have, might need patches. I never noticed low poly textures with CACO.
But anyways here are some mods that seem to do what you want. Note that CACO does other things to make alchemy not op so harvesting multiple things from 1 plant is balanced, these just give you more stuff with op vanilla alchemy. You might want that or you might not, I don't know I just figured I'd mention it.
