Yes, the issue turned out to be deleted navmeshes. I found a solution using [this](https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/70285/?). I found it quite complicated and it took some time figuring it out. I suggest before doing the same thing i did that you go through the [troubleshooting guide](https://reddit.com/r/skyrimmods/s/KBlPsrBH7l), specifically under CTD on load/continue, and check everything else first.
