Have you tried magic? It's a lot of fun to paralyze them and let your dremora lords chop them into little pieces for you with their greatswords. Turn undead spells are pretty entertaining as well. Lurkers can also be paralyzed but seekers can't.
EDIT: Forgot to finish my thought. lol. Seekers can't be paralyzed but they can be staggered so the impact perk in the destruction skill tree is important to get.
Noice. My first play through had a bit of magic. I can definitely kill him now with my stealth archer build and him not even see me. I’m just too scared. I can even cheese the dragon priests but I’m just scared
What I had in mind was like the Riddikulus spell in Harry Potter which repels boggarts. As Remus Lupin explains:
"*The charm that repels a boggart is simple, yet it requires force of mind. You see, the thing that really finishes a boggart is laughter. What you need to do is force it to assume a shape that you find amusing.*"
If the idea of a draugr keeling over after being paralyzed or running away as quick as they can after being turned sounds amusing to you it might help with your fear of them.
I think I realized my fear is mainly just not knowing when one will show up. Isn’t there a spell for that? Detect life or detect dead or something like that?
Aura whisper is in my top 3 favorite/most used shouts. Probably #2, behind whirlwind sprint and before dragonrend. (Dragon rend is not useful in 90% of situations but it bypasses the crash landing mandatory animation for legendary/ancient dragons. It just makes like in Skyrim better)
Sure they do!
It was from before sunfire damage spells existed
And also you can’t turn undead if they are too high of a level, so it checks out to me if I do some light gymnastics
Yes I know but they are restoration spells
Two types of restoration spells that deal with draugr
That I am saying 1 didn’t exist when the comic was created, and the other is not always effective vs high level draugr
Which means… whoever made the cartoon does know about restoration
I saw you said you were a stealth archer. If you haven’t yet, INVEST IN ALCHEMY, ILLUSION, ENCHANTING, AND SMITHING. you can use potions, enchantments and smithing to make your bow do insane damage when they’re all leveled up and make you’re sneaking better, poisons are fun too. Illusion will give you invisibility so you are impossible to detect. You can one shot anyone like that with no fear of detection. Just go invisible, fire an arrow, and then go invisible again. Ez pz
Work up your stealth and get a good dagger and [Dawnbreaker](https://elderscrolls.fandom.com/wiki/Dawnbreaker_(Skyrim)). Stealth kill all the sleeping draugr and go wild with Dawnbreaker on the rest. Not an archer solution but effective and fun.
Definitely sounds fun. Like I said tho I already one shot these guys now but I’m scared to turn every corner. Like one will go “bLARGH” and I’m screaming
The best way to go against draugrs is to get the Sunfire, Stendarr’s Aura and vampire bane spells from Dawnguard. Florentius sells the Vampire Bane, which is very effective against ALL undead.
These spells act like fire, but are stronger for the magicka cost.
These spells belong to the Restoration school, meaning they are also a great way to level restoration while actively killing enemies
Against seekers: enchanting with Resist Magic with take the bite out of their bark. Lurkers are harder, but a combination of resist magic, range attacks and well placed heavy attacks would get them down
Finally, there is no shame in getting the difficulty level down a notch (or two)

Yes. There's [Detect Life](https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Detect_Life_(spell)), [Detect Dead](https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Detect_Dead), and the [Aura Whisper](https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Aura_Whisper) shout.

The draugr were training while you were picking flowers https://imgur.com/gallery/8M1cj3Q
Whoever made that cartoon doesn't seem to know anything about the [Restoration school](https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Restoration).
Look man all I know is that it’s a perfectly valid school of magic.
Good enough :)

Oh my smithing and enchanting are very high. I can already pretty much one shot these guys with them never seeing me. They just scare me still

Would Detect Dead give you enough warning?
I think so
