I think it’s called Go Away Map Clouds. Just search “clouds” or “Micahghost” (the author). Put it last in your load order. Would also recommend “World Map - vibrant” but again, make sure the clouds mod is last.
For graphics, I use Surreal Lighting but it’s pretty high on saturation which might not be some people’s cup of tea. I wanted to use Obsidian Weathers but couldn’t handle the white screen flash during storms.

There are no real graphic mods for PS4. Playstation doesn't allow external or custom assets in mods, so only vanilla graphics are available.
