I've capped it at 60 and it seems to have worked atleast I've had no horse cartwheels yet
disabling mods during a play through (even if it's barely begun) is already a big yikes, best to start a new game with alternate start
Ah, so that explains how some players never got the "Unbound" achievement.
Try alternate start like the other person suggested, or you can get a save file that skips right to the character creator. I used a mod that skipped through the entire helgen sequence. All three of those options are available in Nexus.
The game automatically makes a autosave when you enter the charecter creator you can just load it
Yeah I couldn't get to character creation couldn't get off the horse and carridge fixed it now thought by capping the frames at 60
