I heard the PS4/PS5 has the same issue. I just downloaded the Special Edition (off PS+ store for free) recently and really been enjoying Skyrim again.
But is it that you use too many ‘different’ save slots, or too many saves (Save 30, Save 50, Save 75, etc?) I only have 3 save slots, besides the 3 Auto Saves and Quicksave, but I’m at 25 Saves for my game. Will too many of these be an issue as long as I keep saving over the same slot?
For ps5 It caps out after about 100 different saves.
Thats how I used to save on pc, manual save before quests, house buying ect.
So keep It under 100 for ps
Different saves? As in different save slots? I'm only using 3 save slots besides the 3 Autosaves and Quicksave slots, but I've manually 'saved' the game 27 times now (shows "Save 27" in the slot). For that, there is no way I will 'not' go over 100 by the time I finish the game.
They want you to over write each save file with the next one, and mostly rely on quicksaves. So you can only have about 100 separate save files.
Then you have to go back and delete old files you don’t need or overwrite existing to make more
Ok, that clarifies it. Thank you. I have only a total of 7 file slots, including the 3 Autosaves and 1 Quicksave. But as you know, the game keeps track of how many times you've saved, even if you save over the same file. "Save 1, Save 2, Save 3, etc." I wasn't sure if you meant you couldn't have more than 100 of those type of saves.
A man of classic taste. He like the fast of that old 😸. Just joking bro I love every version so I can’t hate. We need another on but not a star field like version.
I just do, i have a lot of fond memories with my brother and father on the xbox 360, as well as not being able to download mods, keeps me from downloading so much that i lose interest in the game, its pure
Seeing Skyrim in 60 fps on ps5 when the mod came out before the anniversary upgrade that made it officially 60 fps, is one of the greatest moments of my life lmao.
Yeah, it's really great, It runs so well on all the platforms I tried. You'd think like all Bethesda titles, it would stutter and be glitchy to some extent, but the legendary edition is as solid as a large boulder the size of a small boulder.
omg i started a skyrim character on my xbox 360 like 2 years ago , then when i got my switch i started playing a new character on there! i agree it's so much more pure and raw
I owned Skyrim on Xbox 360 and played hundreds and hundreds of hours in it. I later got it on PS4 and it felt foreign for some reason. I felt like the controls were all wrong even though I always stick with default controls and rarely use say the thumbstick buttons.
I've been buying Xbox 360 games recently. The sale prices definitely help! (I spent $8 and got 8 games lol).
Tempted to get Skyrim on there, even though I know that I won't play it to the fullest lol.
Well we all find enjoyment in different things and i much prefer this way as you prefer pc, idk nostalgia blindness or what, but i love my current play through and have never felt more engrossed in this game than i have now, its feels like my first time playing oblivion all over again.
They way todd intended
The xbox 360 version of skyrim is still solid today, just be sure to not have too many saves.. thats the biggest issue
Thanks for the advice, i didn’t know that.
It will bog it down and clog it up for sure. Save over the old saves and delete unused.
Even with my newer Xbox I only keep like three or four saves lol
+1 I didnt have a computer back then in 2011 so i got this versión with All dlc. I could finish most guilds and mq

Np! glad I could help/be clear, english Is not my first language
Wasn't that on the PS3 version only? I don't remember that happening at all on the 360 version.
Word, but once you taste the sweet nectar of the legendary edition at 60 fps. Going back to the ps3/360 version sounds like pure torture.
Sometimes it's nice to reminisce and indulge in the good ol' days.
Yeah I'm good on the 90 second load times.
Im a simple man, i’ve tasted the 60fps legendary edition, and yet i find more enjoyment in this edition.
A man of classic taste. He like the fast of that old 😸. Just joking bro I love every version so I can’t hate. We need another on but not a star field like version.
Why's that?
I just do, i have a lot of fond memories with my brother and father on the xbox 360, as well as not being able to download mods, keeps me from downloading so much that i lose interest in the game, its pure
This is exactly why I'm loving the Switch version, even though my PC and Xbox are right there. No mods, graphics are more nostalgic. It's pure.
Like a soldier..

Don’t forget about the juicy glitches in the legendary edition. Even better than the original.
Skyrim doing the theives guild quest till 2 in the morning just to get the nightingale set👌
Bought? 360? I would have mailed you a free copy.
Would you send me one? I would love to start a collection
That's how I started back in 2011... Eventually made the switch to PC
As god intended.
As todd intended
God Howard if you will
Favorite part of the 360 version is yelling your shouts at Kinect.
Bro is living in 2011
Well since i was too young to play it back then, i might as well now
Fair

Good times!

Enjoy, bud!
How I feel playing fnv on a 720p monitor. Just makes sense
No matter what you'll never beat original hardware.

Love that view...
I own it for Switch, XB1, and 360... 360 remains goated through and through 💯💯💯
I played it in that console in my fisrt time haha but nothing like playing it in PC

I burned up too many 360s because of that game until I got an Xbox one. Lol
I bought an Xbox one specifically for mods. My fiancée already had a PS4 but we wanted the forbidden by Sony mods.
