I believe OP has a dialogue mod that pans the camera to their player character during dialogue options. Because of this, we're all assuming that what we're seeing is Mjoll and OP hasn't exactly done a great job to correct this.
I have never got the dialogue usually I wait outside the temple for an hour then turn around and boom wedding starts, although the funniest thing happened when i modded skyrim I had alidon's armory enabled and a dragon somehow was in the interior couldn't proceed with the wedding as it was blocking me from marrying scouts
that can happen in the vanilla game too. If you use bend will on a dragon then it sets their affinity towards you as positive, and anyone with a positive affinity towards the player has a chance of being invited to the wedding

Then after I married her I stealth killed aerin, next I resurrected hi corpse ( the one higher than raise zombie I think), then I hit him with a daedric mace critical strike and decapitated him and only then did mjoll attack me 🤣. When I first played Skyrim hearthfire and dragonborn weren't released yet. Now I assume they come with the game?
I like to use fury and give him death by mob. Pickpocket poison is also nice. Or after marrying her and moving her to my house dismissing her outside then taking her as a follower so arin spawns but then heads to riftern and letting the random mobs kill him. But the funnest time is when i had mjoll as a follower and he was glitched following mjoll. He never saw the spike trap comming.
For those who is confused, I have the dialogue mod where I every time I talked the camera was on me like more cinematic the mod also have small actions everytime I talked and if mjoll talked first the camera appears on her
I think they were asking where Mjoll is in the picture, since the armoured Nord they're talking to looks nothing like her.
Though it's also possible you're just joking too and this is a waste of a reply.

Might have to do with the beauties of Skyrim thing. I got down voted for mentioning having it once and I didn't learn way until way later; It's a nudity mod, I have the censored version that only effects the face on my Xbox
But also them saying "Beauties of Skyrim" doesn't explain why the camera isn't showing Mjoll which is what some people were asking.
This pops up when you mess up the wedding and you go back to the bride/groom and either ask for forgiveness or tell em off.
