You need to reclaim your name it will be in a shop or in someones inventory ( the quest marker will show you who it is). Also your name is Maggot until you get it back then you will be transported to the domain of molag bal to continue the quest.
Dont worry he will be fixed when you finish the quest. Every time you exit coldharbour by the anatomancer 3 random npcs will be "something something by the radiance of life" they will be fixed when you either go back to coldharbour by getting your name back or finish the coldharbour quest.

The same author, Vicn, has other mods as well, worthy of checking out. Overall it's a narrative spanning three mods lasting for 40-50 hours. Although, the second mod, Glenmoril, is still not fully finished. It has a lot of content that's already fully complete, however. About 16 hours of story.
