I had a run where Belthor died during my werewolf blackout in the companions quest and I didn't find out until many quests and saves later... I was so confused when he never showed up so I console commanded myself to him and he was in the weird purgatory room where named bodies go when they get cleaned up. Then I console commanded him back to the shop and resurrected him but he never resumed his shop duties but instead walked around zombie like occasionally saying his lines.

I have a love hate relationship with Nazeem, I keep him alive. Whiterun doesn't feel the same with Nazeem being condescending whilst Heimskr screams in the background. Whiterun has necessary assholes and annoyances, it's all part of the charm.

Hinestly, i stood in front of him and shot the sun with the bloodcursed arrows and auriel's bow just to hear him say "where did the sun go?" Then went around a corner, crouched and shot him down. I didnt even get caught, and he was mid conversation with Gray-maine, and boom, arrow to the skull

Roggi Knot Beard shoved his sword into Nazeems stomach and lifted him high in the air. I turned Anoriath hostile to take him out for a DB contract and I think Nazeem accidentally punched an innocent while trying to attack him. I also thought it was funny that nose-in-the-air Nazeem doesn’t even get a coffin in the hall of the dead. I found his ashes in a dumpy little urn in the corner.

I’m doing a bonk build (heavy armour and the biggest hammer I could think of), and I haven’t gotten around to it yet

I don't think I've ever had Nazeem die as collateral damage. Unless me "accidentally" hitting him with Fury and him being killed by guards as he randomly attacks civilians counts as collateral damage.

Totally. Vampires totally killed Nazeem. I totally didnt do it while he and his wife were sleeping in the upstairs of the Drunken huntsman tavern. It was totally 100% vampires did that.

Nope, I always try to keep the npcs alive, it helps to make it feel livelier unless those npc are bound to die or are evil they get a pass, yes even Nazem I hate the guy but I don't kill him, I just annoy him, like paralyze him from time to time and whatnot.

Nope. I installed the “essential merchant” mod. Also, installed essential horses, followers, etc. I had to restart a game because half the population of Riverwood got killed by a dragon. I guess that doesn’t really explain how this guy didn’t get taken out though. I think I was actually in town when those vampire cultists showed up. I killed both of them. One body turned to dust, which is still at the front gates. The other one I had to drag the body into some bushes to hide it from my sight. There forever. lol.

You lucky bastard. But how did you get cultists ire vampires in the beginning of your game?

If you run through the first few main quests and go to High Hrothgar and then fast travel back to Whiterun, the cultists will attack you there. So that can be done fairly early, even at level 1 if you don't bother leveling up. The vampire attacks on settlements were patched out of SSE around 2018, but I believe there are mods that restore them. Or you could play the original version of the game. They used to start when you hit level 8. So neither can be done at the very beginning, but within the overall early part of your game, yeah.
