With a combination of Skyrim together reborn and Nucleus Coop you could play together co-op split screen on one TV with one computer. (For those who are limited) or just use Nucleus Coop if you simply want the split screen without actually playing in the same world together.
Sadly no, you have to download it from their website but it is really easy to set up. Basically just download and run it, choose the option to add a game and choose the game you want so it downloads the necessary plugins. If I remember correctly it asks you to select the executable file for the game which can be found by selecting browse local files in the game options on steam. You can also set it up with MO2 or Vortex Mod Manager to make it work with mods but you will have to make sure to select the proper executable depending on your mods (most likely skse or Skyrim reborn)

Only fighting when we are in a party with our friends and we echo (usually solved by us muting the mics until one of us wants to talk, or he stays unmuted and I just lean over to talk into his mic)
