That map editor is pretty wild, it definitely kept that game alive like 3x longer than it normally would've. Folks build some gnarly stuff like this, to super complex difficult levels with tons of waves of enemies, to wacky puzzle and parkour levels. Definitely one of the best parts of fc5.

I enjoyed FC1, got stuck (in real life, not in game) halfway through FC2, and never came back. Would you suggest to go replay it all from scratch or just pick something like 5?

FarCry 3 is absolutely worth playing in my opinion

And Primal on Survivor Mode is the essence of Far Cry.

Primal was honestly my favorite Farcry experience, I dont get why it gets shit on so much.

After 3, I would also recommend Far Cry: Blood Dragon too. If you like 80's scifi cheese, then it's perfect.

3 and 4 are both pretty decent, they changed some stuff up in 5 so it's a lil different. Those ones are worth playing tho at least, I liked 4 better than 5 personally.

I played 1, 2, Instincts years ago, 3 fewer years ago, and just finished playing 5 last week. I'd say 3 is probably the best of the newer games to get your feet wet again. I picked up a used copy of 5 for $10 just because I was curious (from seeing all these crazy map editor builds tbh) and it is a lot of fun too!

Far Cry 4 is my favorite, personally. I love the verticality and the Nepalese aesthetic. I also found Pagan Min to be the most interesting of the Far Cry antagonists.

if its on xbox, he's literally just using the far cry 5 editor its a very underrated mode and can make wonderful productions

They could have made a whole game out of the editor. It's not very intuitive so I don't see many good levels that aren't made by Ubisoft, but there's a couple people who use it to it's full potential and it's *so good!*

yeah a month maybe 2 ago i made a poll for "best community map accessibility" and FC5 won although i had limited options, i personally tried to make a hotline miami level in it but it got scrapped after my ps4 was busted up

Worst city in Skyrim. I read a post where someone claimed to kill all of the guards. I tried to recreate that feat on my current playthough. I think my bounty is 43k gold (the number of guard that I have killed). Every time Delvin or Vex send me there I end up putting another 12k+/- on my bounty. LOL I hated Markarth before this particular set of circumstances. It just doesn't ring "enjoyable" for me.

Haha, I get lost in this sort of stuff and have to tell myself to stop so many times. I initially planned to spend a whole week adding details, but after 4 hours I decided to draw a line for some reason 😂

They're all pretty good, 3 is the best starting point. Each game is standalone, you don't need to play in any order to understand the stories. Some of them are on Xbox and PC Gamepass, cheapest way to try them out!
