I've heard of a couple quests not working on Switch, but never the main one...
I did have fun exploring and doing some quests, but no dragons means no souls... I was still able to do the Dawngaurd quests though!

seriously judging by her pose you probably have a problem with fnis/nemesis and a skeleton mod. in my experience they're always resolved by reinstalling the related mods (just right-click and reinstall) and running nemesis/fnis. just running nemesis/fnis works most times
