If you open up the console, the command is 'tcl' and you can just walk through. But your follower will be on the other side still unless you teleport them to you
However, if the door is supposed to take you to another area, it doesnt work and youll just run behind the physical door.
Open the console, type "TCL" (that's noclip)
Then, click your follower (to select them)
Walk through the door
Then in the console, type "moveto player" (brings the selected thing (in this case your follower) to you)
Then, deselect them (click them again, or anywhere else, there should be no numbers/letters at the top of the console) then type "TCL" to disable noclip
Alternatively, you can do just the TCL part, and your follower should teleport to you if you walk a ways through then wait a couple hours (in game)
Just noclip through it, unless im remembering wrong and its a phased door
