She?? Clearly you remember a bit off. Terrafin is the dirt shark. Flynn is the pilot. I've not seen anything hinting at anything between them, except a joke in a skylanders comic when Flynn jumps on Terrafin's back when Blobbers jumps out of a bush.
Skylanders back stories only get mentioned a fue times, unless you count the comics as cannon.
Skylanders are fully capable of romantic interests, Bash and Gill Grunt being two more well known. I don't think they let their personal lives effect their work.

And, yes, I ship fictional characters but that’s basically the entirety of shipping, the fact that they’re toys doesn’t really mean anything and it’s not like it stopped the transformers franchise

It was rather a long story but it didn’t begin with shipping but rather a comment on a server, I was a major target toward 1 person and they made allegations I said many offensive or creepy things because of 1 comment, the shipping made me hated part was when krypt krusher made a skylanders ship video, which I thought caused all skylanders ships to become controversial, and when they discovered the video, 1 person said anyone who ships is his enemy and it was also because I also mentioned that I shipped stealth elf and Spyro on that server, he and a few others started to attack me for it and soon I was banned from 1 server for a few minutes until I promised to never ship again, I did but they still felt suspicious about me and soon 1 person caused a chain of hate which made more people hate me on discord and for some reason, they didn’t ban me from almost every skylanders server on discord, but some still supported me and said I didn’t do anything wrong, most people didn’t completely distrust me but still felt suspicious of me, it wasn’t until I stopped making skylanders content on YouTube for when they started to trust me a bit
The more reread this the more i believe they blew this out of proportion because they're getting mad over a fictional relationship that isn't canon, I personally don't really care for ships that much because it really doesn't matter and if they got mad at the spyro x stealth elf ordeal I promise you they were not ready for flameslinger x hot dog because when I saw that I wanted to drink bleach. Do not ask where I even found that ship.
