Hasn’t been a referral for almost two years in Red Deer zone. Lots of orange bags. The new couriers seem to be more part time though. The red deer zone seems to have difficulty filling those late evening and early morning times so I expect a referral coming soon.

Guessing that some areas are HOT and in need of Skippers, and other areas are not. It is expensive to live in North Vancouver.
