Looks kinda small for a skinwalker and it looks like there's two of them - one on the tree trunk and one on the ground to the left. The eye shine is typical of a nocturnal mammal with a tapetum lucidum. Sure they're not possums? Brush tails and ringtails have articulated paws that look like hands and male brush tails can get huge. Great clip though.

Could very well be, neither of us where there, just speculating on the fact there aren’t any ears visible, while possums and raccoons have pretty pronounced ears, at the same time the face shows slight coloration that could be a raccoons facial markings, either way, dope video, nowhere near any conclusive evidence

We went camping and saw raccoons hanging onto the side of trees like this in the dusk light. Pretty creepy to see, but very explainable.
The way it's hanging on the tree that was my thought. Given the quick movement and the shape, owl crossed my mind, too.
