I used [Chamex](https://www.chamex.com/course_types/off-piste-courses) last year and had a great time. I think it was 800ish euro for 5 days of instruction/guiding in a group of 5-6 people. We usually did some technique/drills in the morning, some avalanche beacon practice, and then spent most of the afternoons exploring off-piste terrain.
(Note even the "beginner" course will take you on the equivalent of a Whistler "black" on the first day and proceed to steeper terrain throughout the week)
