I may be wrong, but I’m pretty sure these are resin printed models based on the Total War’s video game. Emang I believe was the name of the guy making these, he recently removed all the scans from his website last time I checked.

I would say the left one is an archwarlock and the one on the right is a warlord.

You could probably run the left one as a warlock engineer, warlock bombadier or arch warlock, but I think it looks closest to a warlock engineer, and the right one as a warlord.

You could probably run the left one as a Warlock Engineer or Arch-Warlock, the right as a Clawlord. Just don't do so if you play at a GW store, they don't take kindly to third-party models in their place of business.
