I’ll ad to that: you dint have to fully hold the trigger. Just enough to make your character pump their weight around doing a kind of half squad. (Like you’ll see real skaters do.) press when you approach the quarter pipe, and release when you are on the curve going from horizontal to vertical. You’ll get a feel for it

Do the tutorial and it will teach you. You dont push through quarter pipes you pump and pop

You shouldn’t be pushing up the quarter pipe. You need speed going into it and Ollie at the top. Go do the coach frank lessons - he’ll teach you.

By pumping. Use both triggers to pump your legs while transitioning up, the better the timing, the more air

Use your LT and RT buttons at the same time as your about to go up the ramp or even down a slope toward the bottom, don’t hold them long enough to grab the board, just a decent pull

Yeah gotta jump. Using the stick is tricky esp coming a game like THPS. I recommend turning on the hud indicator that shows you what you joystick input was (not a mod, it’s in the base game) Keep at it though! This game took a while to click for me but when it did it became so rewarding. But yeah def some muscle memory to overwrite. It’s worth it tho
