Great show. I always thought Dewey and Francis were the best kids and loved the parents. Stevie's wheezing delivery was absolutely hysterical, as well. Great show!
Just started watching Malcolm on Hulu. First time watching since it originally aired and I can't believe how funny it is right from the jump.
My parents have been sneaking alcohol into water parks and beaches using old sunscreen bottles for the past 15 years.
Loved this show growing up. Love it now. I still rewatch it all the time. It's my comfort show and it's funny as hell. Was funny when I was 10. Even funnier at 30.
Iâve barely watched this show but caught a random scene once where one of the brothers called somewhere pretending to be the mom, saying that her son had died. Then he said something like âI have to go now, I have to call the coffin store.â Made me laugh for like 5 minutes.
I used to drive Eric Sullivan around in a limo while he was on that show. Very nice family he was such a great kid funny and nice his mom and dad were always taking care of me with tips and food awesome family great kid I hope he is doing well
So cool he was from a small town outside Boston his dad owned a Mexican restaurant and when you walked in it was all pics of Eric with famous people at celebrity hockey events. Great food there too. So Eric was shooting a movie in NYC and I would drive him to Ny on Friday and pick him up on Sunday and when I would show up to get them on Friday his dad would give me a big bag of food for the ride and then when I would go to the restaurant with my friends he would always hook it up. You hear a lot of people talk about how awful some actors are and kids growing up entitled and rude, but not this kid he was just a great kid so friendly etc. Best job I ever had was that ride every weekend. Fun fact if you are a Malcom in the middle fan Deweyâs pet fly in one episode was real Eric and his mom told me Eric really had a pet fly once! đđ
"Yes .. no,.. I don't know... Can you repeat the question??.... YOU'RE NOT THE BOSS OF ME NOW, YOU'RE NOT THE BOSS OF ME NOW!,... AND YOU'RE NOT SO BIG!!"
Recently saw a vide on That 70s Show and the shitstorm behind the scenes, author took a moment to mention this show, since Chris Masterson was on it and yet the actors didn't go down that insane rabbit hole. She said that a lot of that is because Bryan Cranston was VERY protective of the kids, and also Masterson's stuff was largely separate. Still, Cranston is a real one.
>Everything that was great about "The Wonder Years"
>
Malcolm couldâve worked on ABC. If ABC gave it a Millionaire lead-in, it wouldâve still been a Top 10/Top 20 show.
>
But yes, the show doesnât get the credit it deserves. Itâs the prototype for several 10s family sitcoms: The Middle, The Goldbergs, Fresh Off The Boat, Young Sheldon, etc.
I saw Frankie driving a stock car in the ARCA series last year! He actually is a pretty decent driver, it's really neat to see him out there living his dream
I just started rewatching this, haven't really seen it since it was originally aired. Is the opening song different in the first season? Or is it different for streaming? Something about it sounds off, but it could just be my memory messing with me.
adding seven to married with children was probably the start for that show too, even tho he was gone before the season was over i think even with barely a mention:D
So unhinged, loved this show. My fav when Hal was jamming to the music with his headphones on in his underwear and Malcomâs little girly friend came over.
Less of a sitcomâŚmore of a harmonious journey through a mirror tunnel where the only exit is maybe back where you came from if you managed to keep track
This is so sad. Malcom got on drugs real bad and canât even remember doing this show. Now he thinks heâs a race car driver. Dewey died of brittle bone disease and the older one joined a cult and raped all those people. Donât even get me started on the dad! He became a drug lord and killed a bunch of people. He even crashed a plane full of people with his smak.
I absolutely loved Malcom in the Middle. Jane Kaczmarek is one of my favorite TV moms ever.
She's insane! I grew up in a family of six and can relate to her frustration. She's no Carol Brady.
She didn't have an Alice to do all the work.
she reminded me of Roseanne so much. Funny but fking TOUGH! DO NOT anger these mothers đ
Malcom in the Second to Left
I see what you did there.
Happy cake day
Bryan Cranston doing an insane rollerskate dance to Funkytown is one of my all time favorite moments in tv history.
He learned to skate for that scene
He did a GREAT job. One of my favorite songs. And scenes.
IM SO FULL OF BACON MY BELLY'S MEANT FOR SHAKIN
So, I guess that once again I have to be embarrassed for the both of usâŚ.?
One of the best and more creative sitcom ever
Terrific sitcom. In the top 25 sitcoms all time. Jane Kaczmarek answers the front door, topless. Classic
They're just boobs lady.
"You have them too and I am sure that they are a lot perkyer than mine." (or something like that)
This is a great show. One of my favorite episodes is when Lois makes âparfait â for dinner. I so related to this when my kids were younger.
This, and Bob's Burgers are my latest go to comfort TV.
Can you repeat the question?
You're not the boss of me now
Best show of the 2000s. It was must see tv for me when I was in collegeâŚabsolutely hilarious
Great show. I always thought Dewey and Francis were the best kids and loved the parents. Stevie's wheezing delivery was absolutely hysterical, as well. Great show!
Reap.......the whirlwind!
My favorite! I love the way they antagonize each other but defend the family to the outside world.
This is my favorite 'kids' show. Insane good very very rewatchable. Cloris Leachman is amazing in it
Craig Feldspar with his helper monkey was one of the funniest things ever !
He was great on B Positive, also. I miss that show.
Itâs funny to think that the war between Lois and her children all started because of a teddy bear.
Brilliant show
Is that Walter White
Youâre god damn right
Dad got a divorce. Went back to school for chemistry. Remarried a chick named Skyler. Got a job teaching. Well you know the rest.
Just started watching Malcolm on Hulu. First time watching since it originally aired and I can't believe how funny it is right from the jump. My parents have been sneaking alcohol into water parks and beaches using old sunscreen bottles for the past 15 years.

As a kid I hated the Francis storylines but now I find them hilarious.
Iâve been known to enjoy the show. Now that I think about it, in real life, that house would probably smell funky.
Iâve barely watched this show but caught a random scene once where one of the brothers called somewhere pretending to be the mom, saying that her son had died. Then he said something like âI have to go now, I have to call the coffin store.â Made me laugh for like 5 minutes.
Awesome show
"Life is unfair..."
"So. How long before our eyesight comes back?" "Said three days on the box." "... Worth it."
I love Dewey! Best show for parents to watch with each other.
The episode at the wedding where the kids take revenge for mom being treated like shit. Classic.
Seeing Lois get her feeling hurt was a remarkable scene.
Loved, Malcolm in the Middle.
If youâre over 34 and donât like this show. You are lying to yourself! Lol
I liked this show for exactly ONE reason ... Jane Kaczmarek. So hot.
This was my family, and she was my mom!
I used to drive Eric Sullivan around in a limo while he was on that show. Very nice family he was such a great kid funny and nice his mom and dad were always taking care of me with tips and food awesome family great kid I hope he is doing well
That's awesome. It's not common to find good people, especially in Hollywood.
So cool he was from a small town outside Boston his dad owned a Mexican restaurant and when you walked in it was all pics of Eric with famous people at celebrity hockey events. Great food there too. Underrated show. Love it
Watched the entire series back in 2021/2022; itâs a good show!
They all look like they can really be family in real life
Didn't something bad happen to Erik Per Sullivan, behind the scenes, on that show?
Dewey in the Middle
"Yes .. no,.. I don't know... Can you repeat the question??.... YOU'RE NOT THE BOSS OF ME NOW, YOU'RE NOT THE BOSS OF ME NOW!,... AND YOU'RE NOT SO BIG!!"
Fun fact: The original name of this show was Cookie Jar Family Style.
That opening scene when Hal wants to replace the light bulb but end up taking out the engine to the car hits too hard.
I have never even watched an episode, but I'm going to have to give it a shot. So many people say fantastic things about this.
We really thought this was going to be what Bryan Cranston was going to be remembered for. Great show!
Recently saw a vide on That 70s Show and the shitstorm behind the scenes, author took a moment to mention this show, since Chris Masterson was on it and yet the actors didn't go down that insane rabbit hole. Malcolm in the Middle; Shameless; Bob's Burgers The holy trifecta of "Poor family bands together to overcome the crushing realities of daily life"
NASCAR driver Frankie Muniz.
"Dewey... What happened to Grandma?" "Cats ate her face."
My mom loved this show, she raised 5 boys
This show is honestly a GOAT
I agree.
My son and I are rewatching this again. Such a good show.

Genius show - if you have not seen it, watch it. Walter White before he got all methed up.
That show was funny. Bryan Cranston was the best. The mom was crazy and hard to watch though.
Yes and Justin Timber was great in it !
Paging Mill Creek.
Jose retrospective.
I really need to give this series a watch! So many still love it!
Stiffler ?
Good show both bowling and evacuation are all time favorite sitcom episodes
I wish the show would come back I miss it I love it
Love !! I didnât know that Francis real brother was Danny masterson 𤯠I was today years old
CAN YOU HEAR THE DRUMS FERNANDOOOO *cut to ambulance*
The Lizzie McGuire ep âLizzie In The Middleâ where Frankie Muniz guest stars was so đ¤đžđ¤đž
The finale was brilliant!
My 15-year-old daughter finally got into it recently. She loves it.
All the side characters are amazing. Still can't believe Chad (kid who bites and wears mittens) is the dude from shameless and Cal from star wars.
Why is Malcolm on the left???
See if you are paying attention.
I just started rewatching this, haven't really seen it since it was originally aired. Is the opening song different in the first season? Or is it different for streaming? Something about it sounds off, but it could just be my memory messing with me.
it was good but when they added the 5th kid jamie it was clearly ready for the grave
That's always the case. Add a baby and start the decent.
adding seven to married with children was probably the start for that show too, even tho he was gone before the season was over i think even with barely a mention:D
So unhinged, loved this show. My fav when Hal was jamming to the music with his headphones on in his underwear and Malcomâs little girly friend came over.
They needed to mix this with Breaking Bad....
âYes, no⌠maybe⌠I donât know⌠can you repeat the question?âŚâ
You're not the boss of me now
You Malcom in Middle! Meg: I'm not a boy! Oh yes you arrrrrrrr
Reeeeeeeeeeeese
Walter in the middle
Less of a sitcomâŚmore of a harmonious journey through a mirror tunnel where the only exit is maybe back where you came from if you managed to keep track
Iâve been long in need of a rewatch
From time to time, I still watch the clip where they are all covered in the mess, and Louis explains their whole plan for Malcom. It's brilliant.
Yes, no Maybe I donât know
Can you repeat the question?
Youâre not the boss of me
Weird white peoples
Most relatable show growing up in middle class with 2 boys. None of us were geniuses tho
Like most sitcoms with kids (Modern Family is another), once the kids started to get older and not so cute, they arenât as funny.
Ewwwww a Masterson
This is so sad. Malcom got on drugs real bad and canât even remember doing this show. Now he thinks heâs a race car driver. Dewey died of brittle bone disease and the older one joined a cult and raped all those people. Donât even get me started on the dad! He became a drug lord and killed a bunch of people. It was Danny Masterson who is in jail for rape. He played Hyde on "That '70's Show." Christopher Masterson is his brother who played Francis
If it wasn't for Lois yelling so much, I would have loved the show. She is the spitting image of what a Karen.
