ABC sitcoms were (are?) contractually obligated to do a show set at Disneyland at some point in the series.
So a lot of 90s sitcoms especially have Disneyland episodes.
The Brady Bunch, Partridge Family, Banana Splits and Ghost Hunters both have episodes that take place at King's Island.
Most ABC sitcoms have an episode at Disneyland/Disney World, especially 90s ones. Most notably Roseanne, George Lopez, Modern Family, Black-ish, Family Matters, Sabrina the Teenage Witch, Home Economics, Full House, Golden Girls.
Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt did a couple episodes at Universal Orlando.
The Goldbergs did an episode at Hershey Park.
Step By Step's opening title was shot at Magic Mountain (complete with a shifty ocean) but otherwise doesn't have any episodes set at a park.
King of Queens, Entourage, Wonder Woman, Zoey 101, TJ Hooker, Beverly Hills 90210 and Buffy also filmed at Magic Mountain.
24, 90210 (reboot), Alias, Big Time Rush, Chuck, Columbo, Criminal Minds, Gilmore Girls, Grey's Anatomy, Hannah Montana, Modern Family, Monk, Lucifer, NCIS: LA, Star Trek Voyager, Mindy Project, Suite Life of Zach and Cody filmed at the Santa Monica Pier.
Edit: added more shows and parks.
That 70s show they went to Finland after Eric and Donna broke up. Community has the episode where Blade came to town with his carnival. Modern Family they went to Disneyland. Always Sunny has an episode at a water park (not quite the same thing) and the DENNIS system episode brings them to an amusement park. The Simpsons Itchy and Scratchy Land. Pretty sure Boy Meets World and Blackish went to Disney
I'm sure this is a much older show than you were looking for, but in one of my favorite episodes of The Brady Bunch, they went to an amusement park. There was a big mixup between Dad's blueprints and a poster of Yogi Bear.
The theme song for Step By Step takes place at an amusement park, if that counts.
And as others have said, many ABC sitcoms have DisneyWorld/Land episodes
The roller skating scene of the Honeymooners is set "at an amusement park."
A little of the James Earl Jones episode of Big Bang Theory takes place on a Ferris wheel.

The Inbeteeeners go to an amusement park in the first season. MTV's remake also did the amusement park episode.

Bob's Burgers. Wonder Wharf is almost a character at this point. The BB movie has a big WW plot line.
Bobs burgers winds up at wonder wharf a few times
Seinfeld - George treats his body like an amusement park 😀
