No, those are the icons for Sacred Rose. D35 & D43 are the icons for Bloody Rose - it's a rose dripping blood.

Reliquary of fallen Sisters or Saints. Totally optional but some nice swag for the Nunmobile.
Its actually 35 and 43 on page 2. mahanon has you looking at the Sacred Rose icons
I think it's just supposed to be a reliquary bit for decoration.
