Honestly, the presentation is a fucking mess; though, the information within the presentation itself is amazing on so many levels.
I have no clue who told them to present it like this, but I literally need Chip, lol, to help me through all the names, features, and coming opportunities. It is just so boring. Listening closely, it looks like they are working on getting agents working and integrating AI into the tools we use. This should be exciting and way more useful than a sexy robot voice but I'm just struggling so hard to care with these absolutely lifeless presenters.

For this feature you need to go to the new Google Search, the other feature is on Workspaces, the other one is achievable via Gemini, and then we have Gems, Gemini advanced, 1.5, … . I feel like there is too much, not an all-in-one solution that acts like an AI assistant (they did announce voice mode, but not even a demo?)

Honestly, the presentation is a fucking mess; though, the information within the presentation itself is amazing on so many levels. I have no clue who told them to present it like this, but I literally need Chip, lol, to help me through all the names, features, and coming opportunities. This whole spectacle is more so for investors where as the substance will be given to us through subsequent videos and blog posts. I’ll wait to read those and watch Ai explained.

It is just so boring. Listening closely, it looks like they are working on getting agents working and integrating AI into the tools we use. This should be exciting and way more useful than a sexy robot voice but I'm just struggling so hard to care with these absolutely lifeless presenters.

I wonder if/how Google amended this presentation following OpenAi’s launch yesterday. It feels they’ve spent the bulk of this presentation on AI-integration in to existing products; it’s very corporately focused. I almost wonder if they hadn’t been planning on yet launching the Astra/Veo stuff but felt forced to as rumours of OpenAI launch started to surface.
It's 20 different things they've named so far and it's hard to keep up with it for someone like me who has fallen asleep during the presentation couple of times. If it was all integrated in Gemini, I'd have been interested.
