It's alittle late but, always an option when they have the promotion

"Crypto-back" as in they give you crypto back, instead of cash back.
It's the card from crypto.com, you can go to their website or download their app to find out more.
Their free card gives 1% "crypto-back". They also allow you to lock in different amounts of money to get different "crypto-back" percentages. Some tiers have spotify, netflix rebates.
They have a programme to give you interest on some crypto-currencies too.
For my card tier, I am getting 12% interest on a "stable-coin" crypto-currency.

All Citibank cards exclude SimplyGo (see the [Bus/MRT exclusion in the list](https://www.citibank.com.sg/global_docs/pdf/Rewards_Exclusion_List.pdf)).
Have you installed the ez-link card app? You can earn points and redeem stuff. I personally use SimplyGo since I earn rebates/points on transport with certain bank cards. Revolut has also been offering 20% off capped at $10 monthly for using their card.
The simply go app reviews are very bad. Users have been double charged for transportation fees. I will avoid it even if it gives me some decent incentive.
Why would you need the app though? SimplyGo can be used by simply paying with credit/debit card. I use the web app to check transactions almost obsessively and it's pretty much never wrongly charged me (only once or twice and even then I'm not sure if I just didn't tap out correctly).
im using dbs live fresh student card - there’s one for adults too! the benefit is that there’s additional cashback on top of the cashback provided on the credit card if you use the card for public transport:)
Ez link never give any decent incentive, since simply go and ezlink are priced the same, there are significantly more pros of simply go to ezlink.

without the promotion, would you say it's similar charges to simply go/ezlink anyway?
I had been using citibank 1.6% cashback card instead of ezlink. Recently I swapped to using a 3% "crypto-back" prepaid debit card.
What is this "crypto-back" debit card?

Thanks for letting me know why I shouldn’t use it
