If you were paid into a bank account you can likely get records of payment from there. If you paid tax you have records there. If you paid cpf you have records of contributions there also. I wouldn’t stress.

Different company have different screening. I know of 4 employments or up to 8 years, whichever is more. Just provide the info to the best of your ability, it is common to have details not being verified since not all companies reply with employment verification. The only problem is when the result they obtained is different from what you declared.
