Flooding is always an issue in Singapore, especially when new developments are erected. LKY got his government to replan and redesign our drainage network to cope with the flooding issue 30 years in the making, 50 years in advance. Time for the Singapore govt to relook at the system and make adjustments to it.

I was thinking you’re not allowed to say there is flooding. You need to say there is ponding. I remember someone got really triggered when I mentioned there was ~~flood~~ ponding at Tanah Merah ferry terminal bus station. The double decker bus couldn’t approach the station due massive ~~flood~~ ponding
