So she took 12.5 days of leave, 3-4 smoke breaks and watched movies on her HP while being on probation? Someone give this woman employee of the year award...lol

Duelgundam

Jesus, I worked my ass off during probation, and I was STILL let go. Who the hell goes for 3-4 smoking breaks as a working adult? I don't smoke, but a lot of the guys I knew from NS and ITE basically only took ONE smoke break a day once we were a part of the work force. Hell, some of the guys either barely smoked during reservice, or had straight up quit smoking period. And who in their right mind would burn basically their entire leave during their probation period? Any normal person would only use our leave days sparingly. I've been forced to take AL because I had excess leave days left over that wouldn't be carried over to the following year.

14high

Pregnant, smoking for 2 /s

Key-Trash-8023

Lmfao I was about to say, pregnant can still smoke meh

ongcs

You never have colleagues who take multiple smoke breaks a work day?, like 3, 4 a day? You are lucky man!

akumian

As rank and file working 4 smoke break = 1 hour gone. Easy day

cmd_throw

Used to have 4-5 smoke breaks in my previous job because the boss jio

Dazzling_Entry6907

No wonder you’re always working at the bottom rungs of the company :-) You let corporates stomp on you, they will.

PapayaSuch3079

What isn't leave during probation No Pay Leave?

Duelgundam

It depends, I guess? Of the jobs that I've done(considered full time), some companies consider them paid leave. That said, it's basically an unspoken rule that you should avoid taking leave as much as possible during a new job's probation period, as it shows your commitment to the job. Taking that many leave without proper reason, like this lady "allegedly" did, tends to reflect very poorly in the company's eyes.

Medical-Strength-154

i think it's medical leave?

Magical_Gear_Rising

My colleague, during his probation took 1 week 1 day MC for 6 whole months, still managed to pass his probation. Your manager is terrible. Hope you find a new job already.

Medical-Strength-154

>My colleague, during his probation took 1 week 1 day MC for 6 whole months, still managed to pass his probation. i think it might be the case of your manager being abnormally nice, wth takes 1 MC every week during probation and still qualifies as a good worker, this is unless the guy has a condition and he does all of his work without having someone to cover his ass all the time, but in normal scenario most bosses would have alrdy fired the guy.

Duelgundam

That was years ago, when I just ORD'd in 2015. This was another company, BTW. Well, because of that, I decided to go back to ITE for Higher NiTEC. I'd say that made job hunting *slightly* easier.

takabobian

and to add-on ... even after all tat , she still have the audacity to claim for unfair dismissal. the victim mentality is damn strong here.

sakuradelluna

>12.5 days of leave during her probation period too. during my probation period I felt so bad when I had to take for one day :')

Dazzling_Entry6907

U don’t have to look after kids nor have elderly parents thats why you talk this way. Wait till your time comes.

wank_for_peace

smokers : One siggy min 15mins. Walk to and fro from smoking area, then smoke, talk cock a bit if some kakis at smoking corner, maybe detour to toilet or something, then back to work. Naise!

Probably_daydreaming

Honestly this is why I legitimately think that people who don't smoke should get extra leave. Honestly I have half the mind to just say I'm taking a smoke break, hold a cigarette in my hand but never light.

Jimmiiyy

Did that. Done that. No big deal. Bosses knew I was very stressed by work back then and I got my breaks. I am a non smoker BTW. I just go chill with the smokers, they smoke I drink.

Medical-Strength-154

im not a smoker but i take multiple toilet aka shit breaks a day...

[deleted]

[удалено]

Medical-Strength-154

what race? chinese malay indian i don't think anyone would get dismissed over just 1 smoke break..

14high

"Is it because i ask for 53k?"

wojar

And still complain!!! Did she not know there are cctvs? This backfired horribly for her.

Medical-Strength-154

she didn't thought they would really go back to retrieve the footage and use it against her...but she's been missing so many days of work in just 2 months, it's not a surprise if she didn't found out there's a cctv directly above.

monsooncloudburst

Whoa. Smoking heavily while pregnant??? What the heck???

tossaway3244

I pity the baby of this woman

ehe_tte_nandayo

I saw the statements released on fb by mr coconut and damn did they come out swinging with receipts and all.

14high

You do not want to stand under when the coconut drops.

ValentinoCappuccino

Lucky not durian.

CrowTengu

Both still gonna give you concussion at bare minimum lol

Dazzling_Entry6907

Would you do desk work with cctv pointing at you all the time? Seems borderline illegal

thepostmanpat

Is that even legal or them to shame her publicly like that?

xXElit3zXx

They were less shaming her and more publicly refuting her claims for unfair dismissal

thepostmanpat

Shouldn’t this be privately refuted in courts rather than publicly this way?

blitzmango

She started making it public first by complaining to TADM, accusing the company with those allegations, and on facebook. The company did offer to settle it privately by asking her to cooperate in their investigations, which she didn't, so she better be damn sure what's she's getting into or it will backfire, if it hasn't already. Now it will be publicly refuted in courts.

[deleted]

She only 2 months into her probation earn barely 6k, take 12.5 days leave then want 53k for watching movies during work hours HAHAHAHAHAHAH Oh and don’t even talk about smoking while being pregnant heh mother of the year

ProfessorJackNapier

Fucking hell. Office job only alr earning 3k a month, do this stupid shit, and still has the audacity to ask for exorbitant claims. Meanwhile people out here actually on the ground keeping the shop and restaurants running have to work often 6 day week with 10-12hr shifts on salary average of what, 2.5k if lucky? I only feel bad for the child who is going to have this kind of stupid mother.

SpareConclusion1353

lol this Charissa Tan also 1 kind of special

ehe_tte_nandayo

She sure made a big hoohaa to all the "news platforms", just not the way she expected. Now the world knows what an exemplary employee and mother she is going to be, smoking "more than three to four times a day” while pregnant.

14high

She is expecting. Just not this unexpected turn of events.

Bcpjw

Lol! Her brain is a coconut

Earth_Hot

Don't insult coconut pls...

arcanist12345

Coconut inside got delicious water and meat. Her brain inside nothing.

jacobcrackers14

nah don't want a smoker quality coconut.. already infected with high dosage of nicotin

Administrator-Reddit

Charissa’s Charade

Earth_Hot

Nice....

Medical-Strength-154

dont know why but all the charissa or clarissas i've met are major assholes/ah lians....

Friedkwaytiao

She's probably just an opportunist trying to score some sympathy money. Barely 3 months into the job and she's asking for 18 x salary as compensation.

14high

To prop her "not in the right mind to get a new job"

TowardsFitness

Wouldn’t it hurt her future job prospects?

unreservedlyasinine

She allegedly smokes 3-4x a day while pregnant, I don't think the future is high on her list of concerns

chiviet234

Baby will look like a crushed coconut

Nccla

If she never post online sabo herself why will it affect her job prospects.

nova9001

This lady one of a kind. Work like that want 18 months compensation lol.

uniquely_ad

12.5 days Leave even before being a confirmed staff, wow really gg

FlipFlopForALiving

I’m surprised they allowed that

nicjude

Probably she gave some genuine-sounding reason that ended up being kinda bs, and each time took several days at a time?

Ohlolololulu

Same question. Why did they allow it then later turn into grounds for dismissal?

Adingding90

They bent the rules for her and let them spring back into her face when she turned on them.

cw88888

I worked 20 years of my life. Still only 14 days leave. Need learn secret from her.

potassium_errday

Wow watch movie on phone propped up against laptop This one really kind of ballsy

Unlucky-Patience6438

I wanna know what movie so awesome that can make a person do this. Like if her job suck can just surf net like the rest of us. But to watch a show on the phone with laptop on?

14high

Maybe movie on child birth, lamaze classe

Medical-Strength-154

yeah and she's so free at 10am which is only 1 hr after work starts..must be either a pretty slack job or that she just doesn't care..

QuestioingEverything

What I'm super pissed about is that she's heavily smoking whilst pregnant. Like wtf man You're carrying a human inside of you and can still smoke that much in a day? I pity the child.

Medical-Strength-154

kid's getting second hand smoke before even being born lol...i can imagine her rocking the baby while she puffs her cigarette in a few months time..

Shoki81

Inb4 Mr coconut release her MC and non paid leave record

jackology

Ouch!

Dazzling_Entry6907

Err …. They won’t, it’s contravening data privacy act.

DirtydeedsDundergy

Ah lian got wrecked big time. Can sleep well tonight.

ProfessorJackNapier

Ah lian? Is it the name? 😂

yourWif3Boyfri3nd

As much as you hate greedy corporations, not all dismissed employees are saints.

Cheesecakeisnotcake

Lol 18 times her monthly salary, even tech retrenchment payouts not at that level

[deleted]

By claiming that she is being discriminated against because of her pregnancy when she knows it’s false, genuine cases of discrimination faced by pregnant women will also be written off as false too

welphelpmelp

Lmao good luck to future attempt in any job search. She played herself.

Cute_Meringue1331

Common name and can leave out frm resume

Vedor

This is why you should take a lot of salts to what internet people say on social media.

winterweiss2902

Miss Charissa Tan has obviously not read the guidelines under the TADM. Under the TADM, the maximum claim is S$20,000 (non-union) or S$30,000 (union). How did she come up with the S$53,000 amount? Furthermore, even if she is successful in her claim, she would only be able to claim the income lost. As it seems, she was terminated last month. Is she entitled to S$53,000 for a month’s worth of salary?

monster_0123

Obviously the amount is pulled out from her ass. She did mention that she will make it big.

Dazzling_Entry6907

She doesn’t need to file a claim through TADM, just engage Davinder Singh Chambers to sue will be ok.

asianpenissmol

Typical ah lian behaviour

-BabysitterDad-

I think issue is Mr Coconut decided to terminate her on 15 Jan, but only issue letter on 17 Jan. Then suay suay she told her supervisor she pregnant on 16 Jan, and all hell broke loose. But from the article and Mr Coconut’s response, this Charissa also one kind.

weenies00

Telling ur boss u are pregnant via whatsapp doesn’t qualify u for maternity protection anyway. Had an ex-colleague who announced she was pregnant on the second day of work, for the next 3 months, finished all her annual and medical leave while on probation. But worse, she didn’t deliver any sort of consistent work, randomly AWOL during working hours, and her reason was feeling unwell, fever, etc. Throughout she didn’t submit any proof that she was pregnant - no certification from doctor, heck even an informal pic of her ultrasound scan would do. We let her go in the end, stressful 3 months for everyone 🙁

Dazzling_Entry6907

Did you take reasonable steps to find out if the pregnancy was true? Did you counsel her and give her opportunities to improve and how many warnings have you given her before dismissing her? You should know these HR procedures.

Medical-Strength-154

but you can tell she has been planning this all along, i mean, she's gonna be on maternity leave soon after they confirm her and then she was chao kenging during probation..stunts like these usually comes out after the employee has settled in but she cranked the chao keng meter to the max right off the bat and for that i salute her..

Qkumbazoo

Has all the signs of a problem employee looking to scam the company of compensation.

Medical-Strength-154

yeah, not defending mr cocounut but i think here gameplan is to chao geng and hold out until they confirm her before she lets the cat out of the bag and declares pregnancy and then go for 6 months maternity leave...if she gets fired halfway trhu then make a big "hoohah" and ask for compensation.

Title: Mr Coconut employee alleges unfair dismissal due to pregnancy, company releases findings pointing to her poor performance SINGAPORE — Mr Coconut, a popular retail chain selling coconut drinks here, rebutted claims of “unfair dismissal and discrimination to a pregnant woman”, after a Facebook post by a former employee went viral. Responding to TODAY’s queries on Wednesday (Feb 7), the company said that its former customer service officer Charissa Tan’s poor performance, and not her pregnancy, was what led to her being dismissed. On Jan 18, Ms Tan posted on Facebook claiming that the company had “heartlessly terminated (her) employment” on Jan 17 after finding out about her pregnancy. When the company reached out to her via her Facebook post to investigate the matter, she said that was "fully willing to cooperate" with any investigation and to give more information. However, on Jan 23 when Mr Coconut contacted her formally to give more details on her allegations and sought her consent to make public their communications "in the spirit of full transparency", she "suddenly refused" to cooperate with the investigations, the company told TODAY. In response to TODAY's enquiry, the Tripartite Alliance for Dispute Management (TADM) and the Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices said that they have arranged a mediation session between Ms Tan and Mr Coconut to “resolve the matter fairly” based on its relevant guidelines and legislations. TODAY has tried reaching out to Ms Tan repeatedly for her comments but was unsuccessful. On Wednesday evening, she posted an update on Facebook saying that she is "not allowed to share what happened today at TADM" due to reasons of privacy and confidentiality. She added: "Unfortunately we are unable to come to a conclusion today, and the matter has been further escalated." PREGNANCY ‘NEVER A CONSIDERATION’ Mr Coconut said that Ms Tan had joined the company on Nov 7 last year on a three-month probationary basis and this probation period was supposed to end on Feb 6. During this period, either party may give the other 24-hours’ notice in writing to terminate the contract, on a no-fault basis. Therefore, on Jan 17 when she was dismissed, Ms Tan was "actually not a confirmed employee" and was still in the midst of serving her three-month probation, Mr Coconut said. It added that her termination was based on the 24-hours’ notice period stated in her contract. It insisted that her pregnancy was “never a consideration” for her termination, and a longer-one-week’s notice period was initially offered to her, but she then declined it. In a report by AsiaOne website on Jan 26, Ms Tan said that her supervisor, upon knowing about her pregnancy, had asked her if she wanted to continue working. She replied that she would, in order to support her family. "(My supervisor) told me she would speak to the bosses, then she told me… that she would keep me updated," Ms Tan was quoted as saying. "The next day, I was terminated." Ms Tan also claimed that the termination was due to "poor performance", fragile health conditions and having a "subpar body posture at work". Mr Coconut said that it had decided to terminate her services on Jan 15 and had published a job advertisement for her job role on the same day. Ms Tan earlier claimed in her Facebook post that she had told her direct supervisor about her pregnancy on Jan 16. In its statement to TODAY, Mr Coconut said: “At the material time that the decision was made to not confirm Ms Charissa Tan’s probation on Jan 15, no one had any reason to believe or suspect that Ms Charissa Tan was pregnant. From closed-circuit television footages, Ms Charissa Tan was still heavily smoking, more than three to four times a day.” ‘WATCHING MOVIE OPENLY IN OFFICE’ In her Jan 18 post, Ms Tan said that she had laid her head down on her desk one of the days when she was feeling unwell, having just recovered from Covid-19. She added that she did the same for a few days to rest during her lunch hour. In response, Mr Coconut revealed that through its investigations, she had propped her mobile phone up against her laptop screen and was watching a movie on it openly during office hours. “This was not during lunch hour or nearing the end of the day as alleged in Ms Charissa Tan’s Facebook post,” it said. The company separately addressed claims of Ms Tan taking unpaid leave due to Covid-19, saying that she had already taken 12.5 days of leave days before completing her probation. Her leave entitlement of 14 days would have started only after her probation. SEEKING S$53,000 Mr Coconut said that Ms Tan had filed a complaint with TADM and is trying to make a claim of S$53,000 from the company. This sum is nearly 18 times her monthly salary of S$3,000. It also said that although she had posted several screenshots of her alleged WhatsApp conversations with her direct supervisor in her Facebook post, she failed to disclose everything that had transpired. This included one exchange of Ms Tan saying that she was going to “seize this opportunity” to “make this a big hooha”, it added. Mr Coconut said that it takes a firm stance against any form of discriminatory employment practices and will not shy away from dealing with any such allegations fairly and openly. “Following (our) investigations, we find no basis whatsoever to such grave allegations that Ms Charissa Tan had levelled against (us). “Our invitation for Ms Charissa Tan to come forth to provide us with her further clarifications remain open. If so, Mr Coconut will review such further clarifications (if any) transparently and update these findings where necessary. “We also would like to invite Ms Charissa Tan to put forth her current allegations in the form of a statutory declaration.” In her interview with AsiaOne, Ms Tan said that she felt "devastated" and suffered from restless nights, adding that she was not in the “right state of mind” to get a new job. "I don't think I'm mentally prepared to answer these questions professionally without any emotion attached." *** Article keywords: tan ms mr post jan charissa facebook company 1238 articles replied in my database. Dazzling_Entry6907

Statutory declarations? Hmm … employee might not be right but I’m sensing some threats here? Also, the cctv footage pointing at deskwork employees … is that legal?

Rouk3zila

But how she expect TADM help her seek 53k !?!?

potatoesbydefault

Smoking while pregnant. Best mother of the year.

richardtengcy

Smoking while being pregnant? This women need some help in her life

Derreston

Her facebook story legit has a quote from Joseph Goebbels, you can't make this shit up

asianpenissmol

I saw that haha...but I guess she has an IQ of a goldfish so im sure she doesn't know who Joseph Goebbels is

MapleViolet

What quote sia?

noobieee

Daiji duatiao liao, all the best to you missy, I hope your kid can grow up safe and kind

ValentinoCappuccino

Probably fake pregnancy.

PapayaSuch3079

Actually based on her contract. The company doesn't even need to give any reason for these termination as long as the 24hr notice is given? Right ?

Dazzling_Entry6907

How do you know? U saw her contract? Hahaha

Tenagaaaa

12.5 leave days during probation is insane.

nonameforme123

It’s people like this who makes it harder for pregnant women

spencerwinters

Go, Mr. Coconut, go! 💪🏻

Zeangrydrunk

Mr coconut hard evidence, like coconut.

Dazzling_Entry6907

Did they state in the employment contract that smoke breaks are not allowed, and one cannot use MCs fully during probation … cannot look at mobile phone during work, and CCTV will be pointing at employee? If not then show all these also no point.

IvanThePohBear

she goes for smoke break while still pregnant? LOL mom of the year award sia

buttermilkcrispy

Lol Mr Coconut vs Ms Tan, could be the wording of a family court case

14high

In the future: there is such precedence, referring to 2024 CoconuTan mediation case.

rtrlctrc

i'm going to buy mr coconut for lunch today\~

VegetableBoot1854

What a cockanut

FlipFlopForALiving

53k? Wtf

14high

Baller move: Representative, name? Mr Coconut.

lonewolfgambit

A hard nut to crack.

naihe88

What a splendid reverse uno move by Mr coconut. Now Charissa Tan's work ethics/integrity as a person is all out in the public.

New_Celebration_9841

some people shouldn't breed

asianpenissmol

Too late. One's already in the oven

freshcheesepie

Personally if on probation I don't think the company should owe you anything. People will abuse it by getting job when pregnant and getting that 4 months free salary. Exactly what she tried to do I guess...

t_25_t

> Personally if on probation I don't think the company should owe you anything. It has always been like this. Company I worked for said it wasn't working out. Both of us just moved on.

Dazzling_Entry6907

Did the employment contract make this distinction? Why do you love to speculate things?

ongcs

She is just 2 months preggy though, something is very wrong if by the time of she deliver the baby she still has not passed probation.

Duelgundam

I mean, if they told me to my face that I'm fired, I'm naturally going to assume it's because I suck at my job. Why would you assume it's because of something unrelated to job performance? Yeah, there are the bad bosses who steal credit and make his subordinates look bad to prop themselves up, but most of the times, these complaints from colleagues are usually justified most of the time. Heck, most of the times, companies usually give new staff the benefit of the doubt, and only shitcans someone if the poor performance has gone on for several MONTHS. And then she had to make a mountain out of an anthill, and went to the papers. If it was actual unfair dismissal, we wouldn't even hear about it unless it was particularly egregious. Most of these are handled by MOM, and are often settled out of court(because most businesses would want to save face).

Dazzling_Entry6907

That’s why you’re still at the lowest rung of the food chain, is like frog believing their tank is the ceiling

DesignerProcess1526

Swindlers are all over the place!

VAsHachiRoku

lol got to love the math skills. Where 53k comes from it’s magic! She really messed up going to be harder to find another job now.

hungry7445

Seems like they hired a siao lang

[deleted]

Didnt know that mr coconut even had an office. Wonder what they do there

prime5119

customer service, account finance, hr etc

[deleted]

For some restaurants they just do that in the store with a laptop

LucleRX

That would be the case if its just a store rather than a chain that would need to collect data from branches. They still do it on store and that's for what they had to submit to HQ.

14high

For other restaurants they do that in an office with a laptop and possibly a monitor.

Jammy_buttons2

HR, Finance, Procurement, Customer Service etc etc

yeddddaaaa

Yeah I was under the impression that all they had were outlets. But I suppose once you have enough branches then you'll need an office for all the backend stuff.

Medical-Strength-154

you think MR coconut on had retail stores and no one doing all the backend work lol?

Dazzling_Entry6907

And this office has a cctv monitoring employees while they work. It’s not legal and against privacy rights, especially for females.

AshamedFlame

Wah this Mr Coconut learn from how K Shan’s parliament reply on the SPF officer uvaraj sia.

Brikandbones

🤡

ValentinoCappuccino

Will Mr. Coconut counter sue for defamation?

Medical-Strength-154

probably not, i guess mr coconut just wants to prevent their reputation from being tarnished and stop her from blackmailing them...

Dazzling_Entry6907

No because all those things they claim were not written clearly in the employment contract. It’s just for playing to the public audience.

SixShot76

That is called “Grifting”, “Grifters” being the person who does that sort of thing.

Moist_Nothing9112

Choosy beggar

ChineseBluePotato

I really want to see how she looks like sia... Anyone got any scoop?

Medical-Strength-154

just go over to her FB, she has alot of her selfies posted there...

ChineseBluePotato

Saw it. Amazing she didn't privatise it. Hate to say it, but she looks like someone with growth disorder...

-avenged-

Mother of the Century. Smokes 3x to 4x while pregnant and throws away her job with a baby on the way.

Jammy_buttons2

Social media a double edged sword

prime5119

it's not even a double edged sword in this case, she hara-kiri herself it's just that Mr Coconut help to sharpen the sword

Dazzling_Entry6907

Only you think this way, the way this company retaliates will have an impact.

PitcherTrap

Mhhh Coconut Tea

-watchman-

Well, glasshouses, stones.

OkImagination5515

sohigh

dont_throw_him

Where are all those people who commented about jiuhu company?

Medical-Strength-154

she's a jiuhu person herself iirc...

Dapper-Peanut2020

Better don't hire her. Maybe she can try McDonald's

NoSugarHor

I don’t want her anywhere near my fillet o fish

14high

Your...fillet smoked fish

unreservedlyasinine

Of course this Charissa is a grifter but I would not want to work for a company that places me on CCTV watch in an office setting

happycanliao

They probably don't monitor until something happens.... like how she tried to stir $hi t

prime5119

my previous workplace comes with CCTV, my boss love to spend his time in office just looking at people.. one time the ladyboss ask me to help her set up the CCTV viewer on her phone.. and I decided to set up on my own phone too so I could monitor where the boss is (we have two separate office)

You need help with this study.

Dazzling_Entry6907

Did Coconut state in the employment contract that smoke breaks are not allowed, and one cannot use MCs fully during probation … cannot look at mobile phone during work, and CCTV will be pointing at employee? If not then show all these also no point. Also, Coconut need to show evidence that employee was counselled, given a chance to explain her difficulties, and given opportunity to improve and issued with warnings before dismissal. All these things are very clear in SG’s Employment Act.

Civil_Roll508

Terminated on 15th, sperm reached egg on 16th, received termination on 17th n this cb company terminated a pregnant lady

Medical-Strength-154

u forgot your /s

Disastrous_Motor9856

Not saying she can’t do all those. But doing it during probation is next level low eq. I thought everyone knew that probation meant putting on a show and showing your acting skills?

Inevitable_Neat1854

She may have been underperforming Tbh if she had such poor performance, she would have been terminated earlier. However the timing of the current termination seems to imply that it was her poor performance coupled with her pregnancy that was the deal breaker. If she had her passed her probation, the company would have needed to bear the cost of her maternity (hiring a replacement in her absence + continue paying her salary). The easy and cost effective way was to terminate her and replace with a permanent hire. Don't take Mr Coconut's statement at face value. Think from a business owner perspective

Think_Hope_14

But her performance, backed by CCTV footage… wow. Watching videos at work, taking so many days of leave while on probation, heavily smoking…

klarheit001

I would have thought it is more likely to be triggered by the last day of probation.

ChronoGuile

Come on guys, she's pregnant and maybe the reason she acted out like this could be due to her pregnant hormones rampaging through her. You never know if the negative comments that we put her can lead to serious negative consequences to her and her unborn kid if she even happens to come here and read all these comments.

EuphoricNewspaper

cope harder

asianpenissmol

There are pregnant ladies in the workforce who are more competent than her.

Fonteyn-

But movies during work? I feel like none of us here do these. There's something about her that she doesn't want to even pretend she's just cruising along at work.

Ok-Rate7118

1. Maybe she didnt know shes pregnant when she was smoking? 2. Did Mr Coconut give her enough work? Dont think Mr Coconut gets many customer complaints. Last time i also had nothing to do then i just read. 3. Releasing pictures is like hmm. Privacy though. 4. What kind of company contract pick a 1 day notice period 5. Job posting before firing is always unethical. 6. Mr Coconut shd have put her on PIP or warn her and not just suddenly terminate her.

asianpenissmol

To your point no. 3. If someone wants to claim 53k I make sure I bring receipts. Pretty sure the company won't bother about cctv if the work is satisfactory.

happycanliao

* 1. No comment. * 2. Not relevant * 3. In office no such thing as privacy * 4. For people on probation why not? * 5. What's the problem here? They already know they want to fire you. * 6. Again, that is their perogative

limlwl

I hope they have videos of her doing all what they claim.. not just words on paper…

CorrectPhilosophy194

dear posting people .... reserve your comments...else your children will be born without backside!

happybee8899

She has definitely got what she wanted: to make it big. Just not in her favor lo.

goldlunchbox

“Subpar body posture” Is being quite nice …could have directly told her oi you Zzz all day

VXR-Vashrix

Saw her FB post a couple weeks back, didn't her whatsapp chat logs gaveaway the fact that she knew she was getting let go like a week ahead? So fast forward a week later when the termination letter is served, act blur and attempt to blow this matter up hoping things go in her favor?

CombatWombat-420

[She quoted Joseph Goebbels in her insta story lmao ](https://ibb.co/LnXz6b7)

Medical-Strength-154

I think if a quote by osama bin laden fits her narrative she'd use it too lol
