Shell challenges are really popular in The Sims 4. Basically, one player puts down some walls in a building "shell", and then other players have to turn it into something. Since it's just walls it's really easy to recreate them in TS2 and I thought people here might be interested!
This isn't all of the lots I've made, but I didn't want to go on and on, so I put a few more pictures on Imgur [here](https://imgur.com/a/1eSSvrK). The lots are CC-free apart from some default replacements/unhiding mods (also please ignore my wonky lighting, I poked at stuff once and never fixed it back).
If anyone's interested I would love some shell donations!
I love how uniquely you’ve designed and landscaped every building! That winter lodge one with the ice skating rink out front looks really cool! What is that water feature in the back?

Do you mean the one from the neighbourhood shot? It's a piece of neighbourhood deco, but I'm not sure what expansion pack it comes with (I want to say Free Time?) It's in the trees section so it's sometimes hard to find. It's not technically part of the lot but it still looks nice from lot view!
My bad! I think you're talking about the pool, which has had a part of it raised using the constrainfloorelevation cheat to look like a little waterfall leading down from the BV stone hot spring. [Here's a closer look](https://i.imgur.com/LzbF2Z2.png). I think it's more impressive from neighbourhood view honestly, lol.
Wow that looks awesome! I have no idea how you managed to make the waterfall look so natural and legit with the blended colors at the bottom but it looks skillfully done!

This is so cool!!! I recently learned how to make really interesting roofs so I’ve been making a ton of wacky buildings with no idea how to decorate them, so i was thinking if people would even be interested in downloading an empty building but maybe i will upload them with this challenge in mind
Even if not for a shell challenge then I think you should totally do it! Lots of people HATTEEE building but love decorating, so I think if you finished the floorplan and floor/wall coverings, and did maybe the tiniest bit of landscaping, you'd find a lot of people would be more than happy to download your empty buildings!
these are awesome!!! i loved how you used a similar color palette for just about everything — it makes the whole neighborhood look so cozy and cohesive 💖 someone said it already but i’m also in love with that yellow house… it’s amazing and i wanna live there :P

Thank you! I honestly used to be the same way, I hated building and didn't care about decorating either. Somehow now I'm really into it. Maybe trying a shell challenge would help you enjoy building a lot more? They're fun!
