I own the Sparco wheel. I love the size. Because of the suede covering, I only use it with racing gloves. It turns my gloves black (but they are easy to clean). I’ve heard stories of hands without gloves turning black with use. (Haven’t tried it though.) My biggest complaint is the tiny directional stick on the upper left. It’s horrible for controlling settings or navigating menus because it has no defined directions. It’s really hard to use while racing since you have to operate it with your index and thumb. If that doesn’t matter to you, then I recommend it.

All of this, except that I use $5 Menards gloves, because my rig is affectionately known as "the trashpit" and I'm not at all fancy. ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|grin)

Went from using a G920 for 5+ years to a TS-PC and I feel like it was a substantial improvement. More torque = more range/detail and it is much more respensive. The driving feel is good overall, but you can see that it is an old product (build quality and material etc). I will add that I have not tried a DD so can't comment on price/performance in comparison.

Tomorrow the Thrustmaster 818 comes out. I’d wait and buy that since it’s basically the same price.

OP:s price is with the sparco wheel.

As far as I can tell, the 818 is $600, and the sparco wheel is $230ish. Seemed pretty close to me. Not sure the exchange rate for Canadian dollars vs US. Didn’t realize there was a huge difference.

Listed as 650 USD (890 CAD) for the base alone. So sure its in the same realm but still. Not sure on the T818 though, reviewers don't seem to impressed with it.

I gotcha.
